I picked something that's mostly finished and just requested some modifications. Found a talented artist who charges surprisingly little for how good they are.

That's a beautiful portfolio. The lighting and shading is so smooth! I hope that that they can be a great ally for democracy!

They only charged $50 for a headshot. This is great because it's a price I could conceivably manage for every video. The one issue is turnaround time because I try to upload my songs within a week of finishing them and this artist's turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. I've saved time with this one by asking them to redo an existing drawing to fit the flavor I'm going for.

That is not a bad price at all for the quality that I'm seeing in the portfolio. I can see where it would be a bit touch and go with the schedule for releases, but if timed just right, it could turn out bomb! If you continue to work with this person on the regular, you'll get to know their turn around time a bit more and can fine tune your schedule a bit. I'm hoping that it works out for you! I know the songs will be awesome coming from you. Pair that with some new album art and you'll definitely be cookin'! I already love the art that you've put up on the shop and it will be really cool to see a new artist be featured with your music.
