This seems like a funky bot. They sometimes need to send them out there trolling to get 'engagement' before sending them off for their usual spam duties to try to make them look more legit to the anti-bot defenses. Or just someone jabbering in the wrong tab. The internet is a weird place to sort out what is sending messages :D

Lots of spirit, but certainly rather confused on how to English. I think I managed to decode what they were saying: Nobody is going to buy the hyping up propaganda that Trump would be putting out if he invades other countries (special operation) and potentially triggers WW3. The only way civilians would enlist in this case is if Trump declared himself the Ultimate Emperor of America when it is time for the new US election, then issues a notice of conscription to all Americans; unlike WW1 and WW2, the conscrips will have zero morale + max depression and will not be feverant in the belief that what they are doing is just and worth sacrificing their lives for. Translation brought to you by one who embarrassingly read poorly written Wattpad Anime fanfiction written by middle school girls, years ago.

Most of the bots I find are Russians pretending to be from Texas because most Americans are too stupid and up to their tits in comfirmation bias to notice when "Texans" talk about their warm water ports, which is something nobody outside of Russia would care about.
