EDIT (Sep 25): I added one more picture of the sunflower field
This is from a few different roles of 400TX. Emma and I much prefer black and white film, we've decided. It's only one step to develop, for her, and for me, it's more forgiving of distractions but less forgiving of not...idk, looking at my phone to make sure things aren't the same color in black and white. It also makes me consider what I'm setting my exposure for.
I didn't do much color correction, if any. Some of these were cropped or straightened, but I wanted to keep it as natural as I could so y'all can get a better feel for the film, as I am. 400TX is very flexible, but it's grainy. Like, the silver hallide crystals are relatively gigantic, I think, even compared to other 400 speed films. I like that look, and it's also cheaper than finer grain 400 B&W like Ilford Delta 400 (I think. I'm new to this).
Also in this set was the best selfie I've ever taken in my life, but I'm also not wearing a shirt and it has my face, so I can't share it, but it looks amazing. I am loving this, and I'm really glad I don't suck. Like, I had a feeling I'd be okay at it right away, and I am, which makes me want to get better.
