Good evening folks. A bit of a straightforward update this evening.

The editing on the next video, part 10 of the DayZ Standalone video critique, is going smoothly and there aren't really any big problems. Everything is going as planned, thankfully.

Last week I had finished about 5 minutes of the 24 minute total. This week I've managed to reach just over 15 minutes, with about 9 minutes left.

At my current pace, I reckon by the end of next week I'll have editing finished and will be polishing it in preparation for presentation. But I'm not sure how long that quality assurance is going to take. I'll let you know next week.

Additionally, I think I made the right call by switching over to Adobe After Effects rather than Sony Vegas. I'm able to use what I've learnt over the last couple of years to create some visual aids to explain some software development concepts to help illustrate my points.

Part of the reason I feel I need to do this is because, I think people need to grasp exactly what iterative development is in order to understand what went so wrong with the DayZ Standalone. Because in my opinion it's the rope that they hung themselves on. And as I shall explain, have been doing an admirable job trying to recover from it.

Fingers crossed it'll make sense when you see it. I'll keep cracking on and will have a view able version for you as soon as possible. As always thank you for your generous support.

Also I've been feeling a bit more ship-shape now, after all the diet headaches last week. Editing efficiency is back to normal.

Looks good. I know you have been out of software development and scrum master/SAFE etc. methodologies for a while, but if you need a hand or run stuff past me, let me know as this is what i do for work as a Business Analyst. Im sure you have it in hand but the offer is there. Looking forward to seeing the whole thing after you have polished them up.

That does sound great. Just be sure too not exhaust yourself to much. Your system might not respond to well to that at the current changes, but best of luck.

Wow, looks far more complicated then the line by line checklists that I deal with on a regular basis. And that is why you make money on the internets creating videos, and I pay you to do so.

The gifs are awesome! Just updated my Tier because you deserve it! Just one comment: In the first gif you talk about the "Backlog". Nothing wrong with that, might get tricky if you explain the "Sprint Backlog" later. Right would be "Product Backlog".

Can't wait to watch the final product. Take your time sir, glad the diet is going well, taken your diet to start my own, but reducing intake, not cutting out. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for the effort you put into both your video's and these Patreon updates, I truly appreciate them! The best of luck with the remaining bit, I'll be waiting patiently albeit very excitedly :)
