After looking into it, I found that this type of Malfoy TS artwork could potentially conflict with Pixiv’s policies. In particular, their rules regarding R18 content involving real people may apply to this case to some extent.

To make sure I comply with Pixiv’s policies, I’ve decided not to create or post this artwork.

Since the character is portrayed by a real actor, it seemed like there could be some elements that might violate the policy. Strictly speaking, I believe the main issue is creating R18 content directly depicting real people, such as using actual photographs. To be honest, I’m not entirely sure how the policy applies in this particular case, but since there’s still some risk involved, I decided not to draw it.

I haven't seen or heard of nsfw malfoid art being taken down on pixiv, has it been talked about by other artists? I feel like malfoid is separate enough from the movie representations to avoid pixiv cracking down.
