Dominic Cuomo

Taylor really said I’m gonna do all this press to talk album and my fiance 🥰🥰

Breezy Bumbles

Holly

I’m lovingggg these interview reactions!!!! How blessed are we by Taylor rn!!!! She’s done like 15 interviews 😭

Mollie

I simply just love you guyssssssssss 🫶🏻

Breezy Bumbles

Sydney

Videos everyday from you ladies is so blessed 🥺😭✨ we appreciate you so much. So excited to watch this. Just in time for dinner ❤️‍🔥

Ben

to add to the poetry of this album and the haters. not only has she made a #1 hit where the hook is shakespeare, she’s also done it before!! No one does it like her!!

Hadas Kaplan

Just letting you know, I'm 41 and this is even BETTER than being in my 30s

Katie LaFave

we do know that she goes on TikTok because her likes are public! she often goes on TikTok when she releases albums like you can go on her page right now and you’ll see videos of people dancing to showgirl songs

Janie

I’m 58 and I think that physically the 40s felt like the most awesome decade that I ever ever had but as I get older, mentally and emotionally, it gets better every year.

Lauren

Middle to late 30’s. You just don’t care what other people think anymore. Magical.

Mayra

20s was so chaotic, 30s was my Get It Era very much like Taylor, and my 40s has been my life is fulfilling Era. I am so much sure in my own opinion and existence

Ally ❤️

Ed & Benny are Besties - Taylor & Ed gave the best friends speeches at Sel’s wedding.

Jordyn

She said Elizabeth Taylor was first I thought? Maybe I missed when she talked about Honey. Love your reactions!

Tami

Omg, my mum always says, that her 30s was so much more fun than her 20s and that this was her best decade. I'm 26 now and I'm so excited for my 30s✨

Miantsa

Oooh I love that!! Happy for you bestie! 🤩 currently in my 30s and very much in my Get It Era 💃🏽 I absolutely love and feel so much more confident in myself 🙏🏽

Breezy Bumbles

Ed Sheeran is friends with Benny also.

Josh G

the concept of uber eats'ing a JB HI-FI order is deeply unsettling but hilarious

Athea Is A Blue Pikmin

Yeah I feel like Showgirl still is poetic, Taylor always does really standout lyricism, regardless of the album’s vibe! I love Fate Of Ophelia, it is a beautiful song both lyrically and sonically!

Marlee

Also just to add to the fathoming on Ed being at Selena’s wedding I’m pretty certain Ed and Benny are like bffs - Benny was on tour with him for like all of divide or multiply I think! Super cute. I heard Ed also made a speech as did Taylor 🥰

Sophie kelly

Ed Sheeran is best friends with Benny Blanco!! And Taylor with Selena🥹

Cassy

you just made me so excited to turn the age taylor was when she wrote midnights! or any of her later albums :’) i experienced red tv as 21 year old and nothing was better than relating to all those songs and have them fully click for me looking forward to 32!

Ally ❤️

Thank you so much for the fathom around who the fuck is Jack Antonoff!!!!!!

Lauren

As a woman currently in her 30's (who started having children in her late 20's) I would say I am actually looking forward to my 40's. Hormonally & physically challenging yes, but mentally/emotionally I feel I will be the most stable I have ever been. I don't know how to explain other than I am entering my 'too old to deal with other people's shit' era 🤣👌

Katie LaFave

Ed is really good friends with Benny

Alexandra Bennett

Have you girls slept?! Omg we are SO FED and SO GRATEFUL for you💓💓💓💓💓

Jenny

Soooooo here for the ageing chat ❤️ thank you for talking about that

Christine Violet

I think Benny and Ed are very close friends! I remember hearing that somewhere!

Sophie kelly

Capital Fm have done an after show interview on YouTube about all the measures/logistics for the interview Taylor’s team did with them-it’s a really insightful chat!!You should watch!

Mia Gregorio

love this!! can’t wait for the reaction to all of tay’s interviews… she is so happy this era ❤️‍🔥💯❤️‍🔥💯

Mia Gregorio

i’m so obsessed with the album! everyday a different song is my favorite

Amanda G

I think Benny blanco and Ed are pretty good friends. They’ve worked together a lot!

jule ✌🏻

Bonny trying to order the vinyls on uber eats had me dying 🤣 I love you guys

Ana Belic

30’s are sooo good! But I often hear from older women that their 40’s were incredible as well ☺️

Alex Engstrom

I've heard that 40's are great because you are at the wisest and hottest place in life. hahaha

Nicole Curran

Ed and Benny are apparently besties

Jamie

Turned 40 this June and the sky this decade is for sure opalite!

Grace

I don't know if anyone else has already said this, but I feel like it’s crazy that Taylor said that Wish List might just be her favorite? I feel like that is not an obvious choice for her but I love it

Hannah

I completely agreed with how she shut that man down 😭😭😭 I really wanted to hear what she would say!!

Skye Moffitt

Honey as gone from my number 11 on first listen to the song I cannot get out of my head!!! Crazy

AzB

40’s is truly peak 🤌🏻

dachiefs1969

I didn't think she was engaged when most of the movie was made. But she was when she talked at the end of the movie. (No ring... Then a ring)

Alexia 🫶🏻

American girly here…def looking into moving closer to y’all just ..for many reasons unfortunately 😒 but glad to hear little insight on the humor for Australians and UK peeps

skizzo

wow Taylor and I share the same favorite from the album: Wish List! It really is that bitch!

kayla

My 30s have definitely been better than my 20s (36 now) though I feel like I did lose the first few years to Covid. That being said, I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin and I hope that continues. Also, I have UberOne exclusively for Uber Eats and use it too much tbh lol

Kristen

LOL “so sorry if you’re american”… as an american, i am also sorry 🥲🫶

Heather Gunn

I am obsessed with y'all's relationship. I love how you two can make fun of each other without it ever being mean. Your channel is my #1 b/c not only are each of you positive on your own, but it's so enjoyable to watch you bounce off of each other.

Guy Whiteman

Even though on initial listen I was struggling to fathom the sounds that Taylor/Max/Shellback cooked up which caused some songs not to click, revisiting the album a few more times and listening to the interviews and going to see the movie in cinemas made me realise that even though I have standout favourites like TFOO, Ruin The Friendship & WL, there is honestly not one song on this album that is “bad” or “mediocre”, they are all so good! And it’s very very rare for a whole album to click more and more with each listen. Dare I say, this album is gonna be one for the history books. Just keeping it 💯❤️‍🔥

Mequet

As a fellow American FACTS 😩

Johanna

44 here and I will say, my best decade yet. I'm so sure of myself and and I seriously do not care what anyone thinks. I feel like it just gets better and better.

Kim S

I am older… probably older than most of you (I’m 58)… best decade hands down … my 40s! I got married at 33 to a solid guy… I lived a lot of life through my 20s and early 30s… life, love, 💔and then had my children at 37, 39, 41… I can’t wait to hear what TS has to say about marriage… motherhood… just life when you’re more settled etc… ps I don’t want to say after 40s it’s all been down hill… I’m just in the midst of helping my adult children launch into the world and guys… it’s a lot. I love them so much. 💕 (favorite songs at the moment from TLOASG… Opalite, Eldest Daughter, Honey, of course The Fate of Ophelia… Wi$h Li$t) #over50swiftie

lucy

loveddd the opalite x rep connection- every time I hear opalite I think of miss americana after she plays clean on the rep tour and Andrea says “so proud of you for taking the shit bag they gave you and turning it into this” Taylor’s the queen of taking shitty situations and turning it into gold!!! (or opalite lol)

chatsandreacts

OMG thank you for sharing Kim, love this comment so much 🫶

imogen

ok well this is embarrassing to admit but honey has grown on me A LOT since i realised that "you can be my forever night stand" isn't talking about FURNITURE. GOODBYEEEEEEEE

Astoria

You 👏🏻spoil 👏🏻us👏🏻 thank you for all this content 💞

Brenda

We are definitely enjoying the videos🫶🏻 thank you girls🧡💚

Chloe Amelia

She said in the last single Fortnight "I love you, its ruining my life" and then in this album single The Fate of Ophelia she says "If you hadn't called for me I might have drowned in the melancholy" (drowning/spiraling in life being sad aka ~sadness ruining her life~) and "I might have lingered in purgatory" (which goes back to "I was a functioning alcoholic til nobody noticed my new aesthetic / all my mondays are stuck in an endless february") !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tess7

I’m loving all the time we get to hear Taylor talk but also the content from you about that lol Thank you for working overtime on these videos! Make sure you get some sleep though 🫶 I can not wait until you get to the Fallon show 😊 I am 62, and I think my 30s and 40s were the most fun. Of course, I’m still trying to have as much fun as possible lol I love every song on this album, but Elizabeth Taylor, Father Figure and Cancelled are my top 3 right now. It’s a no skip for me though

chatsandreacts

HAHAHAHAHAHAH no for a split second in our first reaction I did also envision a night stand and then I realised it's like ONE NIGHT STAND BUT FOREVER NIGHT STAND and its too superior actually

Katie LaFave

i do think someone like jimmy fallon is an exception in terms of american media!! everyone is always so comfortable on his show!!

Libbie Logan

Cancer treatment has been very hard so I’m also romanticizing my 40s!

Clash Fan

Pausing to answer "my 30's! Absolutely the best time. I had gotten past a lot of my insecurities, my finances were more settled and I was no longer living on ramen.

Kim S

Here and 58 as well! Yeah! 👋. I thought I was the oldest one in the room!

Nevara PUMPKIN Shaw

'Getting a new book in your favorite series' You cooked with that one!! That is the best way to describe what a new album is to us. We don't care what it is, we're going to like it because it's part of the lore! Love it.

F1Swiftie

Looking through comments for exactly this before I said it. That's what I watched for this interview and it is really quite interesting. I think the girls would love to hear what they say about what goes into having an interview with Taylor.

Janie

Hi! I totally understand! I just started listening to her two years ago via booktok of all places. She’s my kid’s age so when she started, I didn’t feel like I could relate to her because she was a child. But Midnights drew me in, TTPD made me fall in love with her writing so much, and now I am singing at the top of my lungs with this new album. It’s so layered.

Anuradha Srinivasan

I’m in my 40s and this has been my best decade yet. 💛

imogen

RIGHT?!?! the past few days i’ve been like i know travis built kinda broad but a NIGHTSTAND?? girl

F1Swiftie

yes and he and Taylor have known each other for years, so she's comfortable there, too.

Kim S

Love you girls so much! I’ve said this before here in the comments but the SWIFTIE experience for me is SO enriched by this community on Chats & Reacts! I stay pretty quiet most of the time but I am watching always and loving it! Thank you! 💕

Tashwana Campbell

Are you guys gonna react to taylor on jimmy fallon as well

Clare

40s are rough- perimenopause is insane! I’m just holding out for 50’s

Viviana

Can't wait for your reaction to the Jimmy Fallon interview!! She tells some many things!!

Miranda

On initial listen, Wi$h Li$t was my fave but now I think it's... ALL OF THEM? Literally no skips, every song is perfect and I am obsessed. I think you're right that people will eventually fathom because how can they not? On a side note, I'm early 40's but and I think 30's was my fave era so far, but I do think that over time I'm more and more comfortable in my own skin and care less about what other people think. I think the covid timeline messed it up quite a bit though... I was late 30's when that started and suddenly I'm 43... ummm pardon?

Richard

My favorite from the beginning is Ruin the friendship

Ana Belic

Wishlist is my least favorite too 😭 I like the sound of it and all, but I just can’t relate to it because she mentions kids and I’m someone who doesn’t want kids so it’s super weird for me. But I like the message that everyone wants different things and has different priorities, and this is ok. We are all different and have a different wishlist.

Deb

Jimmy Fallon interview will air in the extended version Friday Oct 10. (It is also on youtube) Jimmy knows both Taylor and Travis (he golfs with Travis and pals around) and this interview has all kinds of details about the engagement and each song track on the album is discussed with Taylor along with other snippets. It is long, and the best I have seen so far.

Mayra

I also took notice of her not speaking about Trav in her explanations. I don’t think she was engaged when she recorded those intros for her movie. She wasn’t wearing her ring.

Ana Belic

We are being fed!!!

Deb

Please do. I just posted about this. It was a wonderful interview. But make sure you get the extended version. It has Taylor discussing every song, the short version only shows reaction to a couple of songs.

Sarah Curry

Thank you for pointing out Ophelia as the perfect transition piece from TTPD. In the 1996 film Hamlet, Kate Winslet’s Ophelia is literally kept in a padded cell and straight jacket like the Fortnight music video. Many Shakespeare scholars think that part of her madness was rooted in Hamlet’s rejection after his promise of marriage to get her to sleep with him (despite it “ruining” her). It’s just too good, y’all 🙌

TScout

I was under the impression that Elizabeth Taylor was the first song she wrote for the album based on the interviews I’ve heard. Would someone tell me where she said Honey was the first and why the chickens think this? Thanks!

Libbie Logan

We can UberEats/Doordash from big chains like Target and Walmart in the US. I just checked to see and there are multiple Taylor records available to be delivered in 20 mins lolol but tloas is not one of those options.

Steven

Yes and he’s so different than other media in America. Plus he’s friends with both her and Travis

Tessa M

YAY! Wish list is my second favorite!!!! I’m obsessed with it

Katie G

Benny hung out with Ed for a long time on the Multiply tour, and they wrote Divide together during that time!

Ariel

My 30s have been my favorite decade, and I am feeling quite sad that they are almost over. I know aging is a gift, but I haven’t quite come to terms with how my body is changing as I approach 40 next year.

Wendy

The world is full of people that deny they have issues or so full of anger/hate that they want those feelings to be put on others. Alot of people are ecstatic that Taylor is happy and there are some that are not. This album is very open and positive and I am happy for her.

Sarah

As an American, I compleeeetely agree with your take on the fake/showy vibes here versus the more down-to-earth/real tone in her British interviews.

Adam

Can't wait for the next ones

Gabriela Martínez

I actually learned recently that is Benny the one that has a close relationship w Ed, he has worked with Ed since he was "discovered"

Mex

i remember turning 30, realizing that checking the 20-29 box on surveys was over, and finding that a very strange reality for me. my 30s were a bit tumultuous, but still fun and feeling young. turning 40 didn't bother me a bit. i think my 40s let me settle into the person i figured out i was in my 30s, but added not giving a damn about being anything but myself. then i quit my job and reinvented myself at 50, so there's always something new to experience and look forward to. i think you both will find valuable parts of yourself from each decade to take with you to the next

Justin

I liked the album on first listen, but now I’m OBSESSED. Every song is so catchy. Elizabeth Taylor is creeping its way up my ranking 👀

Chelsea

You should listen to the Capital Breakfast recap they did. The hosts talk about what the whole experience was like and there’s so much good stuff! They actually talk about how Tree Paine came by with an iPod of all things with a 5 way headphone splitter for them to listen to the songs before the release! I immediately thought of you two talking about the Files app on the iPhone but turns out she doesn’t do that at all!

Takara

“It’s like getting a new book in your favorite series” WHAT AN ILLEGAL THING TO SAY!!! As someone who’s main other hobby is reading I am unwell

Mads

american media is also very weird and fake to us over here even though we live here

Sandy Johnson

I’m almost 51 and have to say my 40s were iconic

Becca

I’m 43 and I have SHOCKED THE HELL out of myself this year. I left my job after 20 years and started my own consulting business. My 30s were great but based on this year alone, and what the future looks like, my 40s are superior. I feel like a WOMAN 💃 (and I’m nearly done giving a fuck what other people think, which is so incredibly freeing)

Johanna

not me just figuring that out hahahaha

Samantha

Re: the Jack/Margaret fathoming - weren’t Joe and Margaret working on a movie together in another country when they wrote You’re Losing Me? To be able to directly compare how her and Joe/Jack and Margaret were in the exact same situation had to have been very eye opening

Celina

you guys need to listen to their behind the scenes discussion on this interview, it was absolutely fascinating!!!

Celina

“getting a new book in your favorite series” is EXACTLY how i think about taylor swift album releases thank you sooo much for expressing that

CyrusNomadix

Zane Lowe/Ryan Seacrest reaction?

Jackie Weiss

Wish List was one of my favorites since my first listen! The chorus is so dreamy and romantic. But Eldest Daughter is probably my biggest grower yet - I liked it on first listen but have really FATHOMED some things and you girlies have helped 💗💗

Kate Kidd

Thank you so much for all the content! You are doing the most and we appreciate you guys!!

Natalie Lyddane

can’t wait for you all to watch the zane lowe interview 😻

Mark

The way we’re getting FED this week - thank you chickens

Paloma Bennett

I love these videos so much! I am happy that Taylor is in her interview era, and you guys are reacting to all of them.

Eleanor

Jordan North (the male capital host) has the best podcast ever!!

Clash Fan

It gets better, but its a hell of a bumpy and sweaty road to get there.

Nicole

I’m loving these videos! 💚 I felt bad for that guy too! I seriously love all the songs. My favorites change all the time. Such bops!!

Taylor

This album has grown on me SO much since my first listen! It is constantly stuck in my head. I think my current favorites are 1 Fate of Ophelia 2 Opalite 3 The Life of a Showgirl 4 Elizabeth Taylor

K K

Was 26:39 a reference to Taylor playing at the TEU concert? She makes a quick joke about it, but we know she wrote the chords for the house band to play Shake It Off ✨

Deb

If you get a chance look up the New Heights show that aired today (Oct 8) It has two small snippets that are GREAT! Jason asks Travis about the song Wood which was so funny. And Travis makes some comments about Taylor's art.

Alistair

The fact she likely wasn't engaged when she filmed her sessions for the movie could also be part of the reason why she is talking more about Travis now in these interviews.

Dr Ozzy

Ed and Benny are really close. Ed gave a speech at the wedding just like Taylor did. Also the movie scenes were all filmed before the engagement. I wonder if that also created a bit more security in how much she has felt comfortable in talking about Travis on the press tour.

Rose Ellen

I love how each interview she says a lot of the same things but also drops new pieces of information too! Such a fun time!

Hannah

Agree! They talked about a lot of interesting behind the scenes things

Deb

Bonnie, I can see you are really bothered by the trolling on social media and wanted to add my 2 cents about the negativity. If you understand anything about the US political situation, the President tweeting that he hated Taylor and many of his supporters' podcasts feeding narratives about Taylor and Travis that bounce between trying to cancel them and their friends to suggesting both are actually racists who support the maga agenda. When this album dropped there was apparently a LOT of money spent creating an astroturf campaign trying to diminish Taylor's influence and sabotage her album sales. But if you look at streaming numbers and sales, the Swifty community remained VERY engaged with Taylor and the Football community (college and high school football games were doing half time marches to Opalite). Rolling Stone published an article about the sabotage efforts. So while a few fans didn;t like the album, the belief is that much of the negativity you encountered on social media, was paid trolls, bots and false flag who were paid to harass fans and sites like Chats to try to sway reviews about the album.

Alexina Derkaz

As an American, hearing you describe our media presenters and such made so much sense and I've never heard anyone say that before! For Showgirl, I am just so in awe of the title track! The storytelling on it is insane! And I love the way she has tied in the showgirl theme so much throughout the album- the portraiture of Ophelia, Elizabeth Taylor, Father Figure, even Eldest Daughter being about trying to fit in or be cool, actually romantic filling the spot of the "backstage showgirl drama" or even the persona a showgirl must put on of not caring, even in Honey when she talks about the way other men called her Honey it really gives me the vibes of like a man addressing a showgirl or a girl dancing on stage at a club- a condescending tone as opposed to former relationship. So she's painting herself as the objectified showgirl who finally found authentic love.

Luli Swiftie

Hope you feel your best soon ❤️‍🔥

Tara Rose

I’m an idiot and I was thinking he could replace what some of us ladies might keep in our nightstands…if you know what I mean 😉 LOL then it hit me on third listen….😂

imogen

NOOOO OMG😭😭

Maev

oftentimes

Jeebs

it's more Ed and Benny have a closer connection. Benny went on tour with Ed for a few years and produced a few of his albums.

Doreen

I need to say I love you girls. I have no one in my life that can share my Taylor love with !

Shannon Miller

I just turned 45, and I stand by the truth that you spend your 20s figuring out what life is, you spend your 30s figuring out who you are, and in your 40s, you get to put the two together. Love you both 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Claire D

40’s is amazing! You know exactly who you are, what you want and you have no fucks left to give…. A very freeing era for sure!

MarkH

The discussion of her file full of potential lyrics reminds me of the Louis Pasteur quote "Fortune favors the prepared mind". I think this is one of the reasons Taylor is able to write so well and so quickly. She doesn't know what life will throw at her, but when it does throw something, she has a ready-made stock of lines to use in songs. I think this kind of preparation is really important to a lot of successful creators of any sort--murder mystery writers, movie directors, visual artists, et cetera. The best ones often have a file of ideas.

Mex

reading comments and seeing a lot of people spoiling things before they react to them. the girls told us they are going to react to everything they can get their hands on, so maybe don't write about what was said in interviews they haven't seen or heard yet? i know we are all excited to see all of the upcoming videos, so let's allow them to be pure reactions

Lu

Ed is really good friends with Benny btw!

Darya 🤍

god i love this. the 30s appreciation as a girly who just turned 30. the midnights appreciation as a girl who's become more and more obsessed with the perfection of midnights lately. the fathoming of so many things at once. y'all are taylor-level at entertainment for the deep girlies.

Jen Mays

As a gal just starting her 50s era, I think the 40s was when I truly entered my "I don't give a fuck" period in life. I say no to the things I don't want to do, I say yes to the things I do want (regardless of if they are "appropriate" for my age or not), and I am unbothered by opinions of people that I don't know. And I don't have time for anyone with morals I find questionable--I used to want to argue with them, but now they just aren't worth my space or energy.

Lizzie Johnson

You need to try Gregg's next time you're in the UK - it's a part of British culture! <3

Meg

I just turned 41 a few weeks ago and I will say that you are spot on. I thought I knew so much in my early 30s and it turned out I still had so much to learn. I was with a Matty for 6 years... I met my Travis but we were just friends because I wasn't ready. We have been officially together for 2 years but he's been with me for 9. My sky is opalite every day 🧡🫶🏼

Pam Delpapa

If y’all can get it, I think you would love her on the Tonight Show with jimmy Fallon . It’s the longest one and she cleared up rumors and everything 🥰

Antoinette

Just watching this now and I’m in my 30s and someone once gave me advice that I always remember in that when you’re in your 30s you are old enough to know better but young enough to still have fun ❤️

Meg

Had mine at one week into being 20, now they are 21 and I am 41 and it's the best. 🧡

chatsandreacts

We'll be reacting asap, thankfully Jimmy uploads it all on youtube!

Meg

Oh I agree. I DID things in my 20s 😂

Sammi

Love you girlies.

chatsandreacts

Yes we are planning to react to both! We're trying to get through it as fast as we can 😅🫠

Brent

Wish List is sooo catchy! I can totally see how it's the favorite for so many people

chatsandreacts

ALWAYS love your comments Mex, thanks for sharing this with us all!!! 🫶

Cassy

i would say the humour in these uk interviews is much closer to my own and i think most people around me here in canada then what i see in most american interviews!! i have such a dry, sarcastic humour and i love a bit i genuinely believe taylor and i would be friends if we met (im sure we all feel that way though 🤣)

V. Babida

I really enjoyed this album on first listen and the more I listen the more I fucking love it. It’s so fucking good!!!!!!! My first loves were Father Figure and Wishlist. Father figure is staying strong as a fave. I’m really vibing with Honey and Fate of Ophelia rn. What the actual fuck is Fate of Ophelia - It’s so offensive and boppy and I think her best lead single ever possibly ??????

Cassy

your fathoming over the fate of ophelia perfectly following the tortured poets department is exactly the fathoming i finally had time to have today 🤣 and it’s made me love the song so much more. also it’s soooo catchy omg. i feel sorry for the people who don’t love it

Ashlee

i am obsessed with this album - only song im not nuts about is cancelled! but its still not a skip lmao

Deb

be sure to find the extended version. The short version was the one that aired, then they posted the longer version on YouTube that included discussion of all the songs. It is best.

Jessie Anderson

I wonder if it’s her fave because it’s the song that most correlates to how she’s feeling right now… marriage, kids, loving on Travis 🥰

Simon Sylvain-Ruel

Omgggg I’m obsessed with this fu+kinggggg albummmmmmm. I have a different top song every 5 minutes. Right know it’s Honey. Bonjour du Québec!

Meg

I can't help but see the parallel between her talking about Scott never having met a stranger and her telling literally everyone that they would love Travis

Jessie Anderson

Father Figure is steadily climbing as one of my faves - it gives me chills when she flips the narrative towards the end to be about her and how she’s now the older mentor and is more powerful. How dare anyone mistake her kindness for weakness!!

Cassy

my faves have not changed it’s still definitely eldest daughter, father figure and wi$h li$t which yes proud to say bc it might be taylor’s fav too and those were my immediate faves but every song is growing on me and i just love them all like she wasn’t kidding when she hyped up this album so hard on the podcast. it is 12 bangers !!!

Deb

Sorry, we are the crowd shouting More! LOL. We all love your site and all the positive energy.

Kirsten Marie

And my 40s are soooo much better still!

Jessie Anderson

Agree!! But I’m here 50% Taylor, 50% Bon and Em… or maybe it’s split evenly? 33.33% each haha!

Darya 🤍

STOP THE OPALITE CATS!!! the serotonin i just got

Marie S.

actually romantic grew on me and ofc im obsessed with ophelia and opalite... father figure is also SO good and it feels like a movie, i can see it "playing" in my mind every time track 1-4 is truly goated ...... HOWEVER i'm still having a tough time with eldest daughter and wood .... don't get me wrong i get what was she trying to say/the sentiment with eldest daughter but every time it comes it takes me out of the moment/vibe like i feel she was just playing "mad libs" or something lol and with wood is kind of the same thing i loveee the 1st verse and chorus and the production/melodies ICONIC, but the post chorus it's still a no for me (and i'm not a prude haha) but just gives me the ick, she did the provocative/suggestive tone so well in guilty as sin, dress, false god etc... that to me ( at this moment in time haha) feels a bit try hard/juvenile idk ...

anna

Bonny trying to see the necklace had me dying

Veronica Key

My favorite songs on this album are different every day. Father Figure has stayed number one but I think Ruin the Friendship might be becoming number one soon. I love it so much. It’s a sad song, but it’s also a bop, but it also gives you life advice. Message aside the melodies in that song are just always stuck in my head. I find myself going back to that one the most so I think it’s probably my favorite. It just feels wrong to dethrone Father Figure because I love it soooo much. But I genuinely love every single song on this album. No skips for me

Meg

I wonder if she's silently protesting American media by not doing many interviews and giving the UK the exclusives......

Meg

And also only doing the late night since it's under fire rn.......... 👀

Paige

I wondered if that was happening bc it was like all at once, at the very start, some big music reactors were saying the same thing. Almost the same lines. However, others who appeared to have a more genuine reaction, truly loved it. It just made me wonder why so many on their “first” listen, were all saying the same exact lines about certain songs…. It’s like did you all truly think this exact same thought? It’s like it was premeditated

Paige

Yes!! I had this same thought today! I feel like my favorite author just released a book in the series I’m obsessed with and I need to binge read it asap.

hannahxxbishop

ladies your point about really feeling the album she wrote when she was your age hits so incredibly hard. this is exactly why I cant ever rank the albums! I love every album so deeply but i knowwwww i still have so much to fathom about the albums i havent had the time to experience. I've become so attached to red within the past year or two (19 -> 20 -> just turned 21 in august). liek 3 years ago it mightve been in my bottom 3 (im actually throwing up admitting this ahaha but a girl needs time!) but now she is a top 3 contender (maybe even top 1?? guys my albums ranking is a mess everything is offensive and illegal). I just truly am unlocking facents of my brain ! (thank you taylor swift and prefrontal cortex developement)

angel (plnkblue)

Fully agree with the discussion about people not liking this album because they can’t handle the confidence and self-growth Taylor embodies, and I think a big part of this comes down to fans almost never seeing a version of Taylor Swift who isn’t expressing some form of yearning or heartbreak or anxiety that they could relate to or project onto. The last time Taylor seemed truly genuinely this proud and confident of herself in her work was probably Fearless, because everything after that was marred by some form of social backlash or interpersonal emotional struggles in relationships. Showgirl Taylor is a version of Taylor that feels genuinely fully formed, fully grown, truly fully happy and assured with her life and career—and for some people, that’s too much to comprehend. It’s a character shift they aren’t used to, and I hope/expect that as time goes on, and the more we see her exist in this state of self-acceptance, the more people will get used to her confidence and genuineity, and the more people will put respect on this album.

Ebru

The way I lost it and couldn’t stop laughing when Emily asked “Are you right?!” I kept remembering it and kept cry-laughing. 🤣

Paige

So today, I cleaned my house and I just let Taylor’s album play through about 3 times. It’s honestly the first album I’ve ever listened to that doesn’t have a song I’m consistently skipping. I even have both the clean and explicit songs (for my kids lol) on the album so that means over half the album plays twice and I didn’t even care. It’s just so good. I think I’m obsessed with Honey, Opalite, Wish List, and Father Figure

Reade Janssen-Gibson

Regarding your conversation about ages and decades - I am in my mid-twenties and have felt really scared about approaching my 30s. But hearing you both say it is your favourite is making me feel more at ease. I love Bonny that you said you are romanticising your 40s, I will try to do the same for my 30s

chatsandreacts

Oh bestie, you truly have nothing to worry about. I see it all the time, there is a serious problem amongst gen z on the internet around fear of aging, thinking 25+ is old, hating on millennial/gen x/boomer things, it's no wonder it feels scary. But in the real world, I promise it seriously does only get better! It's just one of those things that you don't know until you know! I certainly couldn't fathom it in my mid 20s. You have so so so many wonderful, and even BETTER, years in your future 🫶

Danya Briones

I love all the content we are getting from the both of you. I just love how much you guys truly get her, also looking at your earrings Bonny I couldn’t help of think of the vlog when you changed them out without telling Em 🥲🤣.

UnicornFlower

My initial top 5 was Honey Opalite Father figure Wishlist Ruin the friendship But after a week top 5 has changed Father figure Elizabeth taylor Cancelled Wish list The life of a showgirl Then the fate of ophelia oh my god Honey at nr 7 Opalite at nr 8 Ruin the friendship at 9 Actually romantic nr 10 Oh my god i cant rank bc now eldest daughter and wood is at the bottom and thats not right No this is a perfect album i cant skip any of the songs

Bradi R

Love these videos so much

Amanda P

You should do Jimmy Fallon, Zane Lowe & Bru next - she really shares some great new info on each one!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

JD IHateItHere

Listen to Em, Chicken. The best is well ahead of you.

Courtney

People will fathom in their own time. My friend was not a fan and I said no no you just don’t understand yet. I am forcing her to listen to the album to and from work yesterday, today and tomorrow. This morning she already loves 3 of the songs and is enjoying the rest - and has admitted I was correct about it being a grower.

Lauren

i also think a lot of "fans" (using that term loosely) who prefer her to be with her exes or assign songs to certain people... this is a very difficult album to do so. she is being VERY clear about what every song is about. a lot of outrage is bc what they have projected onto her is not true.

chatsandreacts

Jimmy and Zane are next on our filming list for tomorrow! 🤩 Bru we are not gonna get a chance to do until next week, but can't wait!!

Karen Valentino

I could write a book about the decades of my life because I’m in my 70s. I do feel like I was coming into my power when I was in my mid to late 30s. And every decade since, that has deepened. As I’ve moved through time, what’s important to me has changed. So if I have any advice, it’s not to worry too much about aging, because when you get to whatever age you worried about, you will feel differently about it than you imagined. Life itself is such a miracle. I’ve been lucky, but as Taylor is just now realizing, to a great extent you do make your own luck. 🍀

Amanda P

YAY LOVE, Jimmy & Zane are def ones with most new info!! 💕 also Ed & Benny have made a bunch of songs together so maybe that’s where the wedding invite came from! (the lore of them writing love yourself for Justin Bieber is absolutely irrelevant but so wild!!!)

Chloe Amelia

also in midnights lavender haze "you don't really read into my melancholia" to being saved from her melancholy!!!!

Catharine Dorsett

I am 35 and I agree! Defo give less fucks and feel more like myself.

Dora King

My top 3 are ruin the friendship, Elizabeth Taylor and the fate of Ophelia…but honey is really climbing the charts for me and actually romantic is soooo sickeningly offensive 😍😍😍😍😍- the sound transports me back to my school days in the 90s -it gets a chefs kiss 😘

bri

Yes this this so fun watching these with you!

Victoria

Ahh don’t give away the best part of the video lol!

Devanand M

I didn’t know we get so much more content on Patreon !!

Darcy Giles

Thank you SO much for the 30s chat as a woman turning 30 next week! 🩷🩷

Louisa Hunskjær

I definitely think Ed was there because Ed and Benny are best friends! They have worked together for so many years so much that with Ed’s new album Zane Lowe asked whether it was strange to not work with Benny😃❤️

Kristiina K

40’s is iconic. Kids are older, you are more confident, you have money to do things you chose to do. You care much less of what others think of you. ❤️

Jo

Hellooo chickens - yes i am old (but i'm honestly in my 30's). I am 55 and can honestly say, the 30's are still about figuring yourself out - but with more sense than your 20's. You start caring less about what people think and more about what actually "feels right". Then your 40's hit and they are great years. You finally know who you are, what you'll put up with and what you won't. There is confidence in your chaos. Early 50's feels complete - like you have landed, calm and sure of yourself. But somewhere in the mid 50's (like I am today) it creeps in and this period I am finding my hardest - you are no longer "young" but you are not "old old". But I can say its really up to your attitude, how you look at life and having fun and laughing!!

Jinx

Girrrliiiiiessss this is the best week ever I love having so many videos of youuuu 💕 make sure you take a break after all this though ❤️‍🔥 - before you do though, pleasepleasepleaseeeee give us the outfit detailssssss 🙏🏼 (honestly of your last videos too! But your tops in this one 😍😍)

Kristiina K

its Benny and Ed :) Benny produced so much for him!

Kaileigh Stopa

thank you for reacting to all the interviews!!!! we love hearing your thoughts and insights, you always have some new or interesting perspectives that i hadn’t thought of :)

Jono Khuu

UBER EATS 😂😂😂 crying!!!

Gokce Mutlu

30s for me was a busy decade with 3 children and still in early 40s now and I feel like I’m back to 20s because I’m me again but wiser. In 30s, kids take so much time that it becomes harder to focus on yourself. I feel I gain back myself. BTW I don’t think that I will say any of the decade was the best decade so far. There have always been really good moments in all of them and it is hard to say this was the best yet.

Jo

Also - a little bit of extra info for you from the Capital team and how they got to hear the album before their interview.... The pair revealed that Taylor’s long-time publicist, Tree Paine, personally brought a physical iPod to Global’s Leicester Square offices the day before the interview to let them hear seven tracks in a secure room. Sian said: “She literally had the tracks on an iPod with a headphone splitter. We were all sat there with headphones on listening, and we weren’t even sure if we were allowed to take notes.” Jordan explained that the level of secrecy was unlike anything they had ever seen: “It was so top secret. We couldn’t even mention it in meetings or write it down anywhere.”

Dswiftie

For me it was my 40's. I had major things going on in my 30's a divorce and my father passed away. So definitely my 40's.

Anna Miotello

this is such valuable advice. THANK YOU!

Emelie

On the point of everyone saying wish list is their favourite in the interviews! They said in their BTS talk that they did only get 7 out of the 12 songs to listen to. And maybe they even got instructions on which song they should talk about with her!

dahlia

cannot wait for your jimmy's reaction and seeing taylor listen to taylor!!

Kate

I have missed long haired Emily 🫶🏻

Johanna M

Bonnie: "We've entered the pond" 😂😂

paulina 🧃

🥹🥹🥹 no but without exaggeration whenever I start to feel down that in few months I’m entering my 30s there is some sort of magic energy entering my brain whispering „look at Taylor and listen to Bonny and Emily they know what they are talking about, it’s gonna be great, you’re not old just hot” 😂

K

Just to save Emily the hair crisis: obviously Taylor has gorgeous, thick hair naturally, but I feel she has been helping the look with extensions since a while and also probably has a whole team of people taking care of her hair. So most of us white blonde normal mortals cannot expect our hair to look like this

Connie Forrest

I’m also a woman in my 30s and I’m hearing all my friends say it’s amazing and you start to know yourself and so far it’s… not been that for me haha! if anything, the opposite! ANYWAY, been loving all the Showgirl content! ☺️🫶

Anna Mehrbilder

I am 45 and I had children in my thirties (born when I was 28 and 32) and it is wonderful having children, I thoroughly enjoyed it, a lot of laughter and lightness it was for me and I was also very close with my husband, but it was not a lot of "me" - I think this is nearly inevitable with small children. now they are 13 and nearly 17 and they are a delight - just two more people I love and enjoy the company tremendously, but I have the space to be me. I started to play guitar and the drums in my forties (a source of immense joy), we finally settled down in a house when I was 39. so for me the fact that my forties are better - "more me" - than my thirties have a lot to do with circumstances. my relationship is the same and always happy since my twenties, so this doesnt really change anything. what REALLY got better in my forties: the relationship between me and my body. oh I LOVE my body in my forties, in my thirties not yet to that extent :-)

Annika 📍Melb, AU

She might not have had to bare her soul to Lord Martin and Father Karl, but personally idk if I could have been that vulnerable with Wood 🤣

Rachel Neub

Love seeing you so often!!! I am still absolutely LOVING the album. Honey and Wishlist were my first faves, but now I can’t get Father Figure and Wood out of my brain!!

Anna Mehrbilder

my child - not a swiftie - was saying yesterday "oh, all these melodies are stuck it in my head, it really makes me angry" - taylor clearly nailed that - exactly what she said! ophelia was nr 2 for me, now it is nr 1. I will not rank the rest, because there cannot be a bottom one.

Macarena

Emily cooking from minute 6. Everything from there is so true! You need to do your healing by yourself to meet that person who also done the work and then it just works. Is not only threatening for the outside but even sometimes your inner circle who cant understand because they havent done that work themselves. No one else is sharing as much as Taylor about her life through songs.

Macarena

Lover Taylor was not her look 🥹 even the outfits were not doing much for her

Annika 📍Melb, AU

“When Taylor Swift releases a new album it’s like getting the next book in your favourite series” - Emily Hunt circa 2025 (I will be forever quoting this iconic phrase!)

Macarena

I am in my 30s but always admire older women who just embrace ageing and being themselves. Feels like ageing in a privileged and they just tap in even more into who they are. They look the most gorgeous they ever been :) but also not taking yourself so seriously and that comes across with Taylor I feel. People sometimes complain she does things and she is a 30yo woman like she is not allowed to have fun!!

K

I agree that right now Taylor seems to be one of the few pop artists — along with perhaps Lana — who draw inspiration from classic literature and poetry, and as a keen reader, I love that! I’d also like to mention Kate Bush, who had her breakthrough in the late 1970s with “Wuthering Heights,” a song inspired by Emily Brontë’s novel of the same name. That song actually changed the way I read the book. Kate Bush was also the first female artist in the UK to have a self-written song reach number one, and she later became one of the first women to produce her own albums.

ton

Whilst I understand the need to defend I do look forward to the day when we stop repeating the negativity. There’s no need to amplify messages like “people say it’s not poetic”. I don’t need these statements in my brain 🤞

Roxana

On favourite tracks from the album: I genuinely can’t decide which ones are my top songs. Tracks 1 to 5 are the most insane track runs she’s eveerrrr put out! All of those 5 songs are just SO perfect one after the other. The rest of the album is great too and I love those songs for different reason but the first 5 are just IMMACULATE! they’ve donde something to my brain that I just can’t comprehend

Jaana

As a 43-year-old woman I can say the thirties were most definitely the best years in my life so far.

Jasmin

I keep listening to showgirl and I loooved it from the beginning but the way it´s growing on me is insane. Initially I thought it wouldn´t be one of my top TS albums but I can´t say that anymore, I fear. Also, the haters are so loud, there are so many people in love with Showgirl, the records speak for themselves!! Love this safe space of yours here so much ❤️‍🔥

Caroline

This was such a fun watch!! Thanks!

Line Troelsen

Thank you for doing all of this. It really means a lot to me. I've been feeling a bit down since the release, because I truly love this album and deeply relate to it. But all the hate on TikTok has made me really sad. I've now deleted the app!!! It's not even about the music anymore — people will do anything to say bad things about Taylor, and apparently it's super important that we all know it. I actually think it's really unpleasant, and I don’t understand how some people think it’s okay to talk like that about someone they don’t even know. Thank you so much for creating a space like this, where you just get such a positive vibe and energy from everyone — I love it, and you’re doing an amazing job! — Love, Line from Denmark

peachysxnrise

As a Brit, taylor loving greggs is so funny. Greggs is soooo iconic girls you have to go next time you’re in the uk!

Daniel K

12:32 I’m turning 45 next week. I’m looking forward to my 50s and beyond. Neither of my parents got to see that decade. One of them never saw their 40s. Being alive is so much more rare than… not. (But my 30s were infinitely superior to my 20s. I’m with you on that!)

Plunksnos

I saw Taylor saying she is listening to Tate McRae Tit for tat on repeat, and I just looked at the song and lyrics, it is sooo interesting to see ! It fits perfectly with what she could feel now about Matty Healy ! Don't know if anyone agrees or not ?

ton

I hope you see their behind the scenes radio host discussion as well as the baby spice one… I feel Ryan Seacrest was just trying to get a wedding invite though in his 🤣

Kirsty

Thank you for this I’m 40 next year and still feel like I’m drowning I had my first baby at 22 then a big gap before my next two so it was like starting over again this gives me a bit of hope for finding/ actually getting to know me sometime in the future! (Obviously love being a mummy hope you get what I mean x)

Linda Accorsi

I’ve just turned 48. Honestly? From when I hit my 30s going forward, every year if you do the work you find a little bit more of yourself, and from where I’m standing it’s exciting to feel how much I’ve lost the weight of other people’s opinion, and started to really reach my true self (hopefully, LOL). Exciting to see how much more that will change, I feel like the 30s still feel like you have to demonstrate something to others and society. As you grow older, the focus becomes you, and that changes so much. So maybe: everything I know now, with the energy I had in my 30s would be elite!

Amber Shoemake

Turning 45 in March and I look and feel the best I ever have!! I know myself more and am the most confident now than at any other time in my life. Even though the other day my daughter, 11, asked me if there were grocery stores when I was a kid 😂 🤣

buleo🇫🇷

I’m 47 and i would say forties are the years of « when you know you know » but on more topics. I feel so much myself at work and it’s easier at home because the kids are older…

Reade Janssen-Gibson

Thank youuu! 🥰 the online discourse about age really do be frightening! Although the discourse about the new album is even more frightening, how can anyone insult perfection!! But seriously, thank you for your kind words, it really means a lot. Switching my mindset to now start romanticising those 30s!! You two are seriously thriving, so the 30s must be superior

Lefty

"I'm the best thing at this party" > "he's the life of any party he's at, even if it's just us"

Tash

Girls!!!! Greggs sausage rolls are not just sausage rolls they are a BRITISH ICON you must try next time you visit!!!!

Andrew

That’s how I feel about the middle of the album. 5-9 is top tier for me! Though the whole album is amazing

Morgan Davis

I think she was so open in the radio interviews talking about Travis bc they are engaged now so it’s like he’s officially a part of her life! Before when she made the movie I don’t think they were engaged yet so I think it makes sense for her to be more hesitant about speaking about him

Roxana

It’s SO good!!! I was screaming the first time I listened to the album. After the Fate of Ophelia I screamed so loud my partner had to come check on me😂😂😂 he was like “what’s wrong what happened?!”🤣🤣🤣

Anna Mehrbilder

I had a lot of support and best circumstances to have children and it is .. a lot. small children are taking up a crazy amount of (head and body) space.

Andrew

I am loving this trip through the interviews! Can’t wait until you get to the big ones. And then the phone interviews with so much info being fed to us!!

Megan C

30s are indeed great, but 40s are even better, at least for me. I've continued to feel secure and so much less anxiety, because you're kind of out of f*cks to give and only care what makes you happy.

Megan C

I am also wondering if all of her discussions about rage baiting in these interviews makes it known publicly that she doesn't care (maybe) about the TLOAS haters? This is all reminding me of the first 1-2 weeks of TTPD, where the internet was calling her racist because of the lyrics of I Hate it Here and that just kind of went away after being so prevalent at first. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Rebecca

Bonnie, you completely nailed how being in your 40’s feels. That’s where I’m at now and the level of security and lack of concern on aging/losing your value as a woman are so freeing!

Lou

As an older Swiftie… 30s were the best. 40s were similar but can be rough (depending on ageing parents and those sorts of compounding responsibilities that can hit you). Personally I loved my 30s. Best thing about getting older is that you step more into yourself and genuinely care less about what others think. Embrace it ❤️🫶🏻

Charlotte

I completely agree with you. And I feel like this album release has completely changed my relationship with social media. It’s really opened my eyes to how warped it can make reality appear - the charts and TikTok/twitter say two completely different things. It’s encouraged me to be more cautious with what I am consuming and aware of how it makes me feel 🙂

Anna Mehrbilder

you two have a true talent. it is not only that you are in two and you sit down with concentration and dedication and attention and you do fully listen and you talk with each other - it is more than that. you are so quick, you pick up so many tiny details, you remember SO MUCH, you put it all together. I do know "the same things" about taylor but whenever you draw your parallels, you connect some lose ends, I am baffled, surprised, flabberghasted, whatever - that is a true talent and I am so so thankful you exist and you decode before and alongside me and I profit immensly from it. I write this because of the line "when you know you know" and taylor saying "when you dont know you also know" and the other thing which really stuck in my mind is bonny's perfect quote of taylor "depth without darkness" about ophelia.

Hayley 🇬🇧🫶🏻✨

I find it intriguing how Father Figure is immediately followed by Eldest Daughter. That must be intentional? I know on surface level ones a music industry song and one is a Travis song but on some level could Eldest Daughter also be interpreted as a metaphor for Taylor talking directly to the fans, reflecting on her life/career? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Hayley 🇬🇧🫶🏻✨

Continuing down this route… youngest child could be a metaphor for the new young women in music? I dunno, I find it cool to think of the song in two different ways. My mind only went down the metaphorical route because of it being directly after Father Figure 🧐

Micra

Ed is a friend of Benny. I think that's why he was invited. I read Ed and Taylor both did a speach

Paweł

To be honest, I wish that people would shut up about it. The discourse is getting CRAZY. I just want to enjoy the album in peace. Some people just don’t understand the album and at beatching about it. My mom (who doesn’t speak English) sent me a video today of her dancing to the fade of Ophelia, so I think this album is that bitch. My boyfriend, after the first listen, told me that he didn’t like it and I told him to shut up and give this album time. I can see that he’s starting to love it. The same happened with him and TTPD. My experience with Showgirl was amazing. I just can’t wait until after a few months everyone will be talking about how amazing this album is. And you can see that everybody is listening look at the streams

Sam

Benny and Ed are besties!

JD IHateItHere

Cheers. I’m in the 50s and honor your you thriving and losing both parents before their 50s. Lost my mom right before I turned 50. Hard. Still finding myself in the iteration of post-mom as she was my everything. Doing my work. You posting inspires. Thanks. 🥂

Lauren

Elizabeth Taylor was the first song she wrote! Honey was the first song she wrote where she felt like she had a true idea about the album!

Kristen Batye

HI CHICKENS!! As a hairdresser I couldn't help but chime in about the Lover Era discussion, the blue and pink would most likely be temporary or semi-permanent color and wouldn't cause that level of damage. I think it was maintaining the light blonde color with hair bleach or permanent color chemical services that can be really tough on the hair cuticle and have to be upkept often, also heat styling would add to this damage. Now for years her hair has been a low-maintenance darker blonde with less hair bleaching (lightener) and less upkeep, probably a demi-permanent gloss every month and a half that's pretty safe on her hair! Okay, sorry if that was boring, I just love hair education!

Drey Szabó

Guys, commentary aside, thank you for talking about ageing and 30s and 40s. I'm turning 30 soon and I often find myself looking up to women currently in their 30s like you both because you are showing me that the fears I have about my 30s are not rooted in reality and that women don't suddenty wilt or become dull when their age starts with a 3

Verush

I know you mentioned this in the previous reaction but I can't wait for you to hear the acoustic versions, they're so gorgeous, especially the wishlist one, so beautiful and romantic 😭😭❤️‍🔥

Rebecca

Great observation, she does look so much happier and "healthier" now compared to the release of Lover. I am 52 and am thoroughly enjoying my 50's era but would say my 30's era was the best, so far! Thank you for doing these interview videos, it really makes life simpler! Seeing Stevie Nicks this weekend, can't wait to see the legend!

Trista Victoria

Seeing this on my 30th birthday that I'm spending all alone because I just literally just left my husband and don't have it in me to be around people yet. Thank you so much for this, I wasn't expecting this video to have the exact life wisdom I needed today 💗

Ran

Love your outfits and setup so much !!! My favorites have been father figure, wish list and wood, And it hasn’t changed so far😆

Emily

Did anyone else notice when she said “this is the 1st single on the album?” So does that mean we are getting another single and possibly another music video? If so what would the second single be? Maybe Wish list?

Lena Becker

You girlies 😍♥️ I‘m about to give birth at the beginning of next week and I CANNOT TELL YOU how excited I am that you will be publishing so many videos these upcoming days. I may not be able to watch them right away with my tiny one, but knowing they are waiting for me during middle-of-the-night-feeds - I am so excited! 😍 Also, I‘m around 2 years older than you, had the worst relationships and dating experiences before meeting my now-husband and he is my personal Travis in every way! I‘m so happy that Taylors album matches exactly that feeling 🥰 I can very much relate to all her content and confident songs of „arriving“ on TLOAS.

Amanda Henning

You two are doing THE MOST! 🫶🏻Hope you take some time to just enjoy the new songs as well!

Alison

Can’t read and scroll on by. Sending you a warm hug on your 30th birthday… glad you enjoyed the video (me too!) and sending you all the best as you move forward xo

Alison

Also in my 50’s era (by 1 week) and I really would say that I am already enjoying it more than my 50s. I feel a lot more confident and really have quietened the external noise and voices. My 30s were fun too but hectic (got married, had twins, completed a PhD). Enjoy Stevie Nicks..

Maggie

Lena!! Congratulations!!!!

Becca

The American media take is so accurate coming from an American

Emilia

British radio hosts who have interviewed Taylor were then being interviewed about the interviews which really made me laugh.

Allison Hudec

Father Figure is the one that just continues to grow for me! Definitely takes several listens to fully fathom.

Emily Warfield

I love how Taylor keeps joking about shake it off

Laura

It just gets better. 30s are fantastic fun. 40's are empowering and busy. But 50's my favorite so far - I feel so... FREE. I don't care what people think as much. I am 100% me and have a clear vision of what is important in life.

Germaine Quek

Omg now I can’t wait for the Jimmy Fallon interview phew!!

Zo

Happy birthday Trista! Sending you lots of love, hope this next chapter brings you love and happiness. In the words of Taylor - this is just a temporary speed bump, don’t you sweat it baby! Xxxxx

Lena Becker

When watching Jimmy Fallon, I thought the same! As they played through several songs, I noticed the crowd was singing to Wish List the loudest and am sure Taylor picks up on these things. It‘s a vibe. It would be my guess if she was to release another single 🥰

Leander

It still bothers me that no one has ever asked her what she learned from all those years, what she learned from all those tears and why, when so many fade, is she still here?

Lilly Poppendorff

omg you guys have to react to the Jimmy Fallon Interview

Erin M

My best friend’s aunt says her 60s were her favorite decade, so hopefully things just keep getting better

Karina

You guys need to react to Jason and Travis talking about the album on the podcaaaast 🥰

Erin M

Regarding Ed being at Selena’s wedding, Ed worked with Benny Blanco and they did a 10 day boat trip across the Atlantic last December, so even if he’s not super close with Selena, he definitely would have gotten an invite from Benny’s side

Karina

Happy birthday Trista!! Wishing you all the love and happiness of the world. Hope this next chapter of your life will be filled with joy and laughter 🥰

Brenda1989

The part where she said Travis is always the life of the party even when it’s just the two of them and that makes me think of “I’m the best thing at this party” from you’re losing me and how far she has come

Jessikah

Honey is suchhhhh a grower for me! It’s so far down the album I guess it is getting less streams but if it was like track 2 or 3 it would be popping off right now

Brianna Fox

I’m American and I completely agree with you about American interviews & how curated it is. These interviews you’ve watched so far have been so chill and so comfortable

Duarte Engana

Hard agree on the part where Emily says that it's hard for people to look at themselves and see what they need to work on! I loved the album, still love it, and Ruin the Friendship might have me do some things that I might regret or not! We'll see!

Rebecca

I would definitely have to agree, being in my 50's has been liberating in that I do care less about what other people think!

Tony

My top two takeaways from this video: BONNIE: “None of you bitches get it!” EMILY: “Please make me a sausage roll” 😂😂😂

Bailey

Bonny’s aggressive stare into the camera at the end made me laugh so much 😂😂 tell em babe!!!!!

Marisa Landsverk

Ed could have even been her +1 as Travis was working and it seems she was in the bridal party and usually they get a guest. But he probably was already invited otherwise.

Muriël

Happy birthday girl! I just know good things are coming for you. Sending you hugs <3

Erin M

Ed is close with Benny Blanco, they produced music together, went on a 10 day boat trip last year. If Ed didn’t get an invite from Selena’s side he would probably have gotten one from Benny’s side

Adds

I’m currently 38 and every single year so far has been SUPERIOR over my 20s. You’re secure in who you are & change your perspective of not giving a FUCK about other people’s opinions. The weight of expectations shifts and it’s marvelous.

Vibha Shenoy

Adding to this, I just found out that Benny Blanco and Ed have known each other for over a decade and Benny's produced Ed's album Divide, among other things. They are pretty close friends!

kaelynnnmae

haven’t even watched yet but here to say you guys should watch kylie kelce’s podcast from this week, literally just the first five minutes but she talks about the album and it’s just really sweet. 😭 you could throw it in with one of the other interviews you watch this week, like I said it’s less than five minutes but it’s fun to see her talk about it. (not that we need any more from you, you guys are feeeeeeeding us and it’s more than enough 😂)

Mads

It's so funny you guys comparing the Brit's to the American interviews bc all my American friends have been saying the opposite 😂so it must be what you're used to

Nora

Happy birthday!!!!

Caroline

Emily the metaphor about this album being a new book in your favorite series is sooooooo accurate!!!! If you pick up the 12th book in a series without reading the other 11, of course it won’t make sense to you. I’m so happy i finally have a way to describe this feeling I’ve been feeling for a week now

Mads

I'm having a Wishlist blockage too, Bonny. I think it's just bc I can't relate to it haha

Joanna Payne

I turned 40 last year and I can honestly say it is the BEST. My 40s are far surpassing my 30s. Gosh my 20s were horrendous. The struggle is gone. anxiety and worry really does lift. I am far less highly strung, know which battles to bother with and it is 'all going to be ok.' I seriously don't care what other people think about me. Look forward to your 40s. don't dread it. Age is a priviledge

Nora

Omg I remember the kerfuffle you girls had with the opal cats but its come full circle now!!!

Emily Fesmire

As an American, I think one of the reasons so many Americans don’t get this album is 1) Lack of education and critical thinking skills and 2) the fact that things here are so miserable and bleak that it is hard to separate from that. However, I absolutely love this album! It has really helped me to focus on happiness and separate myself from the doom and gloom going on around me and I genuinely needed that! I can’t possibly pick a favorite from the album because I love them all so much! I actually joined your Patreon not long after I found out about this album specifically so I could come watch your reactions to everything coming out with the album and it’s really giving me so much to think on and look forward to every day! Thank you for all you do and for giving us your perspectives so openly 🫶🏼

AmberB

I am about to turn 35 next week and I LOVE being in my 30’s!!!!

Abbey Abbott

Wait until your 40s- it’s glorious 🥰🥰

Abbey Abbott

AMEN!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Margarete

I'm pretty sure Ed Sheeran and Benny Blanco have written songs together too!

KK

Trista! Happy birthday!!! May this be the start to a wonderful year for you ❤️ Sending you so much love!!!

santuna7

Benny and Ed are best friends - ed spoke at the wedding too ❤️

Jimmy Qin

Honey is such a grower for me! The production and melody of Honey is soooooo perfect! On my initial listen I didn’t get it because it sounds like a downgraded version of Question…? in its chorus but now it’s definitely one of my favs!

Noor Sm

NONE OF YOU BITCHES GET ITTTT !!!!yeeeessss bonnyy tell themm🥇🥇🥇 ( i hope I spelled your name right) + I can’t express how much love and appreciation I have for you 🤍🤍 Thank you for giving us your time and for making this era even more special and fun ❤️‍🔥 All my love and support to you always 💕💕💕💕💕

Kami

I've said the same thing about Marget since rereading her Midnights caption! Mentioned how both their partners were away in Panama together filming. It became so abundantly clear to me that that space to directly compare their relationships really reached her.

Andrea

I will simply say father figure is one of the best songs she’s ever made!!!

Andrea

She in fact said in one of the interviews that there will be more music videos coming!

Mario Tadeo

This album is growing so much for me to the point where I fear it could crack my top 5, which is actually a lot for me to say. Every single song is SO great. I still need to fathom Father Figure, Ruin The Friendship, Actually Romantic, Wish List and Honey, but the other 7 songs are already the most offensive sound I’ve ever heard. And OPALITE? Easy a top 20 worthy song. Thank you so much girls for this beautiful space🧡

Deb

When you repeat those kinds of statements (even to defend) it draws the bots to your posts (they are programmed to find key words or phrases) so even if you are just trying to disagree with the statement, you will immediately be swarmed and start seeing negative posts from more bots, paid trolls etc that reflect the statement.

Sophie

Saying a new album is like a new book in your favourite series is such a good way to explain it 💖 Especially to people who don’t get why albums are so great, or why I love Taylor so much. You get to hear all these new stories and it’s amaaazing

lizzy

My little heart also melted over Taylor reaffirming her love for the UK and her revealing that she was based in London on the European leg!? She just *told* us if she wasn't in Sweden between shows she was in England. And it makes so much sense that after living here for 6 years she would consider it a home away from home to an extent ... which also contributes to the context of the pain of "So Long London" and everything the song represents because she has so much attachment to the UK and I kind of love the idea that she was like... just because she broke up with the man who brought her there to live with him doesn't change that she built a life and home there too. Like I don't know how to explain that I just loved finding out she considered London a base for herself, like yes girl keep London too, and I do wonder if she like... kept one of her rumoured London homes or something?

Erica

I just turned 40 so I’m still very new to this decade, but I had my kids at ages 30 and 34, so my whole 30s was spent raising little kids. Now that they’re older and more independent I can already tell that I’m going to be able to spend more of my 40s focusing on me and my goals and my happiness. Not in a selfish way that ignores my kids, but in a way that empowers me and makes me a better person for my kids, husband, and friends. My 30s was definitely better than my twenties though in terms of not giving a f*ck what others outside of my loved ones think! So that’s definitely a point in favor of being in your 30s over being in your 20s!

Sarah

I've never been so happy since the release and I am so afraid to crash after such a high. This album is so healing and comforting. It has redefined the goals I've put for my life and HAS SET THE BAR HIGH. But not an a scary way but in the most enthusiastic hopeful way possible!! NONE OF YOU BITCHES GET IT WOAAAH

Sophie

I just posted the same comment 2 hours later haha but yes this!! So accurate

NatS

Their post interview “interview breakdown” (lol) is really interesting because we never get to hear about the behind the scenes team process with the secrecy and the last minute changes and the security detail. Tree ! Personally brought an ipod to their studio so they could hear 7 tracks before the interview / before its release

Elizabeth Brown

My favs now are Ruin the Friendship, The fate of ophelia, and elizabeth taylor. I need to fathom the back end of the album. Im loving the first 6 songs and keep listening to them on repeat.

Sarah Louise

I am loving waking up to new videos each day here on Patreon! (UK time) Thank you so much ladies! As a 38 year old, I would never go back to my twenties 😂

Katie Skrovan

how Emily feels about the end of fresh at the slammer, I feel about the ending O’s on Elizabeth Taylor Had to let y’all know

Bianca

So do you think she just gets highlights and a gloss or what do you think she gets? 🥰

Laura carter

I’ve noticed Taylor wearing a lot of black lately I’m hoping it’s rep coded 🐍🖤

Carol Martins

Benny wrote songs for Ed, i'm sure he was invited because of that too.

Jake Nunes

father figure, opelite and wish list are definitely my favourites, but father figure is just simply the most illigal song ive ever heard maybe top 5 in her entire discography for me

LindsayG

I am almost 48, personally it keeps getting better! 30's has it's own special magic for sure!!

Jenny

🤣

Rhiannon W.

I'm 38...I've loved my 30's. I've experienced the most growth, felt more confident, and become more authentic to myself. I'm also romanticizing my 40's ❤️

Tim B

Can’t speak for women, but I can definitely say that my 30s was the best - feeling young enough, but mature enough to be more secure and in control… and constant revelations about your own power.

Lan

The green dresses on both of you?? You chickens are soooo pretty and soooo offensive!!!

Celina

I would also re-read the previous books in the series and that also applies to Taylor album drops! 😁

Keri 🫶🏻

the opalite cats???? what in the tayvoodoo

Juliana Martinez

Taylor has confirmed on one of her radio interviews that reputation vault tracks are not coming anytime soon

Wendy Horrell

This is one of my favorite albums from her. My algorithm must be really pure because I’ve seen so much love and especially from general public loving it. Streams are still so high. We have to start understanding that negativity is always going to be louder and that it is not the majority. Social media knows if her name is involved then they will get views and that Swifties will flood the comments to defend her. It’s all about $$. We need to stop giving it attention. I love everything about this album but it also just makes me happy because she’s so happy.

Cristina

My favourites are Elizabeth Taylor, father figure and cancelled. My least favourite are wood and eldest daughter....I wish wood was more glamorous/sexy and less silly if she wanted to cover that topic and eldest daughter feels a bit forced to be a track 5 - sweet nothing covered most of the same topic better imho. But waiting to fathom with you guys I think overall the album is really fun.

Andreea

my favourites when the album came out are persisting, but one thing I will say is I had very conflicting feelings about Ruin The Friendship initially (because it's SO RELATABLE for me and yet something was not clicking melodically??) but I am OBSESSED with it now

Bec P

Is this her happiest album? just reflecting and it feels like her most stable, secure, anxiety-less album

Julia

British sense of humour really is the best!

pearcemcmahon13

oh it 1000% is, and that's one of the things that drives me crazy about the people that are hating on it - like she is the happiest, most stable she has ever been, she had massive anxiety for literally YEARS and that's finally all gone and we finally have a truly happy taylor and people aren't happy like please just let her have this lol

Shannon

Loved 30’s but 40’s is great 😊

Nicole D

Apparently Ed and Benny are besties.

Krissay

I’m in my late 30s and it’s been THE BEST. I just settled into myself as a person and felt a lot more secure. I cannot wait to see what my 40s bring.

Kimberly Moisan

Thank you! I love looking at your background and the colors. You both bring joy into my life every time I watch you. I love the album and love your reactions!

Rachel Herring

Getting a new Taylor Swift album is like getting a new book in your favorite series is a quote I’m definitely gonna steal, absolutely profound statement ❤️‍🔥

Kimberly Moisan

Foreigner also volunteered to play at her wedding. The wedding will be huge!

Cali

I don't know if anyone mentioned but Ed Sheeran is good friends with Benny Blanco as well

Fede

completely agree!!! it went straight into my top 10 Taylor songs on first listen ✨💯

Fede

i love that your mom is enjoying it regardless of the language barrier! i think i'm gonna make my mom listen to it too now - she does love a bop 😂

Fede

as a fanfic girlie i love her dedication to disregarding canon and changing the ending and fuck all the people who think a happy ending is somehow inferior 😌 she gets it!

Lucy

Watching you guys learn about Greggs was brilliant! You must try it next time you’re in the UK!!! Also, you saying its like getting a new book and a series is so true because no one in my life understands the importance and meaning of these songs because they don’t know Taylor! So thankful to have all the Swifties online💕

𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐈💖

You both learning about greggs is everything to me besties Greggs is DEEPLY SUPERIOR over here in the uk and you definitely need to try it next time you’re here!!

Cali

The one that has grown on me the most is Eldest Daughter, LOVE it so much now!

Mads

Can't wait to watch these this weekend! Ive been saving up content the past few days because work has been busy. Thank you girlies! Loving the content schedule!

Laura Griffith

Next time you’re in the uk, please get a greggs sausage roll😂

linn

im turning 30 next week and feeling very anxious about it... your conversation about being a women in your 30s and getting to watch taylor become so secure and herself at 35 is so healing for me going into this big birthday. you girls always have the most thoughtful conversations around these topics and we are so grateful <3

Deborah Schapira

I feel the same way about midnights. It felt very healing for me because it helped me access the very wounded parts of my soul I could not access by just reflecting on past events. Of course it's devastating at the same time but music can trigger some emotional response that might be non accessible otherwise.

Found Family 🎀

Wi$h Li$t and Father Figure especially have really grown on my the last week!! 🪐

Paweł

Mine too

Maria Gabriela

are yuy guys reacting to the Jimmy Fallon interview? I need this *.*

Maria Gabriela

I've read somewhere that Ed is a close friend of Benny and that's probably why he was also at the wedding :)

Ana @analitworld

im new in Patreon cause ive been thinking about it for sooo long and now i obvs needed! you 2 are such an amazing pair, its like talking to my bffs <3 thank you for making my days!

Ana @analitworld

ps love from madrid (imagine my shock with the lyrics lol), spain xx

Katja

Did you see the Capital FM after show podcast where they were talking about how Tree was letting them to listen some songs from the album? And how everything was very hush-hush and top secret?

Addie

I don’t feel like googling to cite the actual research 🤓 but I wanted to put out there that I think there IS research showing that the happiest cohort of humans globally is women over the age of 60! I’m in my early 30’s as well, and I’m very happy with this decade so far (personally, not for the world) but I lovelove knowing that older women are even happier (statistically) :)

Ana

otra hispanohablante por aquí, qué bien! y somos tocayas! love from Mexico <3

Ana @analitworld

Qué bien, lo bueno abunda jajaja muchos besos tocaya 💕

sofie sandrini

American media is soooo scary to me. I can't explain it. but it feels so dystopian, fake, so so so inauthentic, and truman show. so sorry I'm just a scandinavian/italian chicken and USA is a dream but so so so uncomfortable in the same way

Joanne Blade

Fun fact, Capital fm and Heart radio are owned by the same company, so they are hosted in the same building, so sh didn’t have to travel too far between those… just down the hallway 🥰 Makes sense it’s the same outfit!

Stephanie S

Let me tell you... I'm sure everyone who watches American media/news has anxiety and depression. It should no longer be called the news but American propaganda.

EOJ51

Absolutely obsessed with you guys fathoming Greggs

Anna

I love listening to you talk about growing as a woman. You don't hear people speak about this enough without relating it to another person or other conditions. It feels like you're helping lift that anxiousness that surrounds the discourse about aging and the future in general right now.

Antonella Furchi

there are some interviews of taylor on youtube that are just audio, like sirus xm and the elvis duran show.

Seven_Ellie_Forestworm

As a woman in her 40s... they are in fact superior. LOVING my 40s. 🥰🥰

Jaimi Carter

My 30’s were better than my 20’s and my 40’s are better than my 30’s. 🥰

Em

Fully agree, need you guys to try it!

MrsMac

I’ve never wanted to make a sausage roll more than I do now! 😍

Elizabeth

Word! I’m 41 and this album is sooooo relatable!

Elizabeth

Yes, I’m in my 40s and I can back you up on that! In my 30s, my sense of self and what matters to me fully crystallized; in my 40s I fully stopped caring about what anyone thinks about me or what matters to me. I think this is the most authentically true to myself I’ve ever been in my life and it’s incredible. I feel so grateful that I get to learn new things about myself and experience brand new feelings even after all this time I’ve been alive. This age has brought new fathomings that I could never have conceived of in my 30s and younger. It’s a blessing to continue to live and learn and grow and change.

Elizabeth

30s are the best years, you’re gonna love it!

Megan

The green in this video is SO offensive and beautiful 😍

Gabi

I feel like wiglor is real esp after seeing the wig in the spotify popup. she looks so gorg

Ellie

On the topic of Midnights being a healing album I think over the years I have fathomed that it was that for me as well. It wasn't immediately obvious when it first came out as that's not what the album was presented to us as, it was Midnights throughout her life not the realization of an end of a long term relationship so it took me a while but looking back it contains a lot of feelings that I went through as well as I was nearing the end of my own 6 year relationship and even after I was out of it and looked back I wasn't sure about certain parts and wasn't sure if I had made the right decision at times but that album absolutely highlighted how universal some experiences are in these situations so it was quite healing from that perspective. So him saying that and her going "alright" I think can also be seen as "yeah you just told me a lot more about yourself and your experiences than people actually heard"

Alison Howat

On the decades chickens… My twenties taught me how to fight. My thirties taught me what I’d been fighting for. My forties? They’re where I finally stopped fighting myself. Enjoy each decade romanticised to the hilt, they all deserve their era

jennyfromtheblock AUS

Hi Bonny and Emily, You asked at the beginning of this vid if there were opinions from any older ladies in your audience, I'm 53. I have a 22yo daughter who's been a Swiftie since Fearless days so I've not only watched my daughter grow up, but I've watched Taylor grow up too. And this is honestly the most perfect age, perfect era she's ever had. I see her maturity and how her songwriting and even sound has evolved and now with the happiest developments in her life I honestly believe she's in her best place ever. It's so obvious to me that she had to go through all that pain and heartache to actually realise what she had when she found it (or, he found her, yk yk) And here's my (somewhat) mature Swiftie take: Some Swifties may not get the vibes off this album because they don't know what it is to live through these things, even if Taylor's masterful depictions can make people think they know, sometimes it can be right in front of you but you cant feel it coz you're not ready to live it yet. This was true for Taylor and I believe it to be true for my daughter and even you girls. It's not necessarily an age thing, but a life experience thing and where an individual is up to. Because of Taylor, I now have so much faith that good things will come to my daughter when the time is right, and I believe that for you girls too. I've so enjoyed watching your journey from younger reactions (which I binged the minute I discovered you about 6 months ago) to this era where I see your maturity and shift in understanding. I love the enthusiasm and blind belief you have in all things Taylor, and believe you've both got great outlooks on life. Much like my own daughter who is mature beyond her 22 years, but still youthful enough to own it. You are both my favourite reactors as I absolutely love your energy, your excitement and your explanations. The lingo you use is so familiar to through my daughter and I feel like I'm watch a couple of her friends discuss everything. Keep up the wonderful reactions and the haters are gonna hate, so let them, but love that you keep true to yourselves. Big love xx

Hannah

😭❤️❤️❤️❤️

Anna

LADIEEEEES… I‘m 45 and I‘m telling you right now… NOTHING is better than this decade for me. The minute I turned 40 I dropped my Bag of Fucks like a hot potato. It wasn’t on purpose either. It was almost a universe thing where all of a sudden I didn’t care about the tiny stuff. And even the big life altering stuff didn’t get to me like they would have. I think your life experiences prepare you for that stuff and all of a sudden, ur like, bring it on , life, I’ve got this. I just really wish I had done it earlier. So do it now! Drop the Bag O’ Fucks now! It’s way too heavy anyway

Anna

Also I love y’all, mean it

Sheridan Stone

As someone who is turning 30 on a couple months, I PRAY my 30s are SUPERIOR! I’m pretty excited about it lol

Lyndsey Zeller

As a woman in my 50’s, I would say the 30’s to 40’s was the best!

Karen

I think your late 30s to late 40s are fantastic. Your body still cooperates (relatively pain free compared to my late 50s) and your confidence from life experiences grows exponentially 💕
