In my opinion the fathoming of vault tracks is far more interesting than music video making offs and stuff like that. So for me it would be perfect if you could do one ss video and one vault track video maybe with two vault tracks? So there would also be time left for other speak now videos before the 1989 TV release.

Very interesting that on the standard Midnights edition the only song she hasn’t played is Labyrinth and she then has repeated Maroon and YOYOK three times and SOTB twice… Maroon and YOYOK are fan favorite but why did she never performed Labyrinth but SOTB twice 🤔

And also, given how she has been repeating YOYOK and Maroon multiple times but has not played some others on Midnights (Labyrinth, Glitch, BTTWS, Paris, and Dear Reader) she may just not perform them in the end?

Lol it’s like crossing the boarder into Mexico gave her *just* enough distance to finally tackle those big Lover/Joe songs… but she also maybe used her Midnights favs as her “rock” songs to prop her up, lol (or in reverse for night 1… Lover song propping up Midnights!). Interesting how now on tour (in hindsight) she’s lightheartedly describing herself as a “lonely Millennial woman” at the start of COVID when she started writing Folklore, and wanted an escape… but she was quarantined with Joe, I believe. Both of these songs are reflecting on a conflict in a relationship - Afterglow is when they reunite despite the rough patch, maroon is when it all ended for good. It's giving right where you left me vs it's time to go. Two sides of a coin, choose your own adventure...

Sorry for the upcoming rant, I just need to get it off my chest... As much as I understand why and how depressing it would be for the US people to "miss out" if she adds more songs to the setlist for the international dates, the US gets sooooo many perks that the international fans don't get, like the target exclusive releases, random pop-ups, as well as the amount of shows they got in comparison to some countries that may only get one or two shows (if they're lucky), but (the loudest ones of them) always complain that "it's unfair to them bc they miss out" when someone else gets slight perks (for example, how quick some of them reacted and complained about long live being added to the setlist after they had already been to the tour, when us International fans would do anything just to be there for 1 show and would be offended if we got a perfectly good heart and girl at home)... I don't mean to come off as a walking, toxic positivity billboard over here, but I just can't help but feel like "why is it so hard for you to be happy for someone else just because you got something different, you still got to see her to begin with (which is a win in itself)?"

With the writers and actors strikes still occurring in the US SNL, late night shows etc are not happening.. other than morning news shows (which she did make a lot of announcements & premiers there for the OG) there’s not a lot of opportunities for a big promo campaign à la Red TV

With the writers and actors strike there is no snl or talk shows in the US right now. Potentially she could do the graham norton show, etc in the UK. But right now she can’t do any of it in the US

I’m sure she’ll make changes to the setlist. She loveees to surprise us and keep things fresh. I understand it would be disappointing for US fans to miss out on Maroon or YOYOK but I think it’s exciting that the shows keep evolving. I 100% agree that they are very important to fathom and also just really nice to watch. The music Videos breakdown are some of my favorites, as you said we know there is lots of intentions put in creating all the artistic content she put out there, they are part of the story a 100%. Also I discovered so many little interviews and appearances she has made in her past eras thanks to you and it's so fun to watch them "with you" and then reading all the comments, it feels like real cozy moments so I treasure them very much, I'm very happy you decided to keep doing that 💜 I always have so many things to say as I'm watching your videos and then when it's time to write it down I go blank. Who knows what goes through Taylor head but I guess we'll have midnights songs in each show for the Latin America leg of the tour! Her fan base grew a lot in the last few years cause of the new albums, so it makes sense for her to play them in places she never played before. It's a safer option, but also a way to close this year of tour. So I won't be surprised if she decides to do all the remaining songs from folklore and evermore this year and restart the surprise sings for 2024! And also I won't be mad to get folkmore paired with midnights for my surprise songs in Brazil 😍😅

Ladies I love your Me!/Dear Reader combo idea for the last show! Me!:guitar, Dear Reader:piano. People turn their backs on Me! But on Miss Americana you can see how happy that song makes Taylor. Taylor says she wants the little kids to say “you’re never gonna find another like me!” - to appreciate themselves and to develop the sturdiness you need to get through the rough years ahead. In regards to Cornelia street being preformed, I used to work at an Italian restaurant on Cornelia Street and Sabrina Carpenter would go there all the time because she is friends with Amber Mark whose parents own the restaurant. Oh and another thing… this is a side note. Watching from home, the fandom seems so focused on the secret songs… I decided the other day to watch each set and focus on all the things going on around Taylor (as much as the camera shots allowed) AND the dancers are amazing!! The Speak Now set their dresses match the version Taylor is wearing!!! One thing we've got to consider setlist- and especially secret song-wise is what albums and songs are popular in each specific country or region. For example, Taylor didn't really break into continental Europe until Midnights, so her earlier albums, especially the country ones, are basically unknown here to anyone who isn't a Swiftie. I think we'll be seeing a lot of 1989, Folklore and Midnights in Europe for that reason, perhaps some of the more well-known songs from rerecordings depending on how well they've been received in the country she's in.

I've been thinking a lot that it could make sense to swap Karma for Yoyok as the tour closer because, even tho it's a fun song and i love it, karma is my boyfriend doesn't make as much sense anymore and it's had it's moment with the remix and everything.and Yoyok has the line about making the friendship bracelets and really feels related to this tour and how the tour helps her face anything. Would love a proper music video but could also become a tour footage video and how the fans have always been there the whole time.

Am I the only one who's not excited about her repeating YOYOK and Maroon so often? Like there are just two surprise songs and it's literally the only time she can play a debut song and I would be so sad (well, I would love to hear the song at least in the moment but would be so sad when it's over I have to leave with hearing literally just 5 songs from her first 3 albums and some are shortened on top of that). I know it's my fault when I heared Eras tour that I thought she would go through all the eras but I'm such a huge fan of debut and Speak Now that I would just hope to get at least one surprise song from those albums. For me the song that hurts the most not being on the setlist that I would die for it to make it for the rest of the international dates is actually Mirrorball! Like it’s the most perfect song in terms and of her and her relationship with the fans specifically through touring - like maybe more than even Long Live? it’s so introspective and vulnerable and about a more honest reflection of her need to perform (it’s so perfect that Gaga’s applause is the penultimate song on the pre show playlist) . It is tricky to see where it would fit in the current folklore section though but Taylor make it work!!!!

(The Manuscript) So she started with her 1st song (Tim McGraw) ended the 1st US leg with her last non owned song (New Years Day), started the international leg with her first owned song (IFTYE) and finished the whole tour with The Manuscript... really perfect song choices.
