Danielle Evans

Ahh excited to watch this! I went with my friend last night and absolutely loved it! I wore my cardigan too 🥰

Kim

Thank you !!! 💜

IsolLazy

Tempting me to watch this, when Ind v Pak world cup match is about to start! I had a great time yesterday when I watched it. Thanks for quick turnaround on this!

kienan

AHHH! So thrilled. I also went to the premiere of the film and had the absolute greatest time. I cannot wait to watch your experience… clicking play now 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

Jessie A

Just got back from watching it in the theater. I got my very first friendship bracelet and had a great time 💃. Excited to watch this!

Edith Rosell

I won't be able to go until next week, thank you for letting us tag along! Love you both ❤️

Andreas Mainka

„the whole clique snapped” is a lyric from “BREAK MY SOUL” :)

Alise Waite

Literally just walked into my house from seeing it in the theaters!!!

Lunar

“The whole clique snapped” is a lyric from Break My Soul by Beyonce! I’m really happy they’re supporting each other when they’re the biggest pop stars in the world!

Taylah Louise

What a perfect thing to watch after seeing the movie myself this morning! 😍😍😍

Julie K

I went yesterday in Switzerland and you wont believe, me and my friend were the ONLY ones dressed up. Also no friendship bracelet trading :'( Well the evening was great anyway, really looking forward to seeing it live!!

Chloe Coddington

I just saw the movie last night and was crying within the first 10 minutes HAHA loved it hope you girls had fun!!💞💞

addy

yay!!! such a fun vlog

Chloe Coddington

Also received my first friendship bracelet there so so wholesome I can't even

Caroline Pvt

I just saw the movie yesterday in Paris and it feels like we’re re-living the experience together! Love it! 💜💙

Laila

I went last night and took my husband with me. He was quite shocked about the full on singalong that was happening. Lots of people dressed up, singing along, dancing on the sides, but no friendship bracelet trading

Bridget Schulz

I feel it on my soul when Bonnie says ‘Reputation really os that bitch!!’

kienan

It will never ever ever ever be real to me… I met her!!!!!!!!!!!!! She kissed my cheek and her lipstick was just… on me for the night. I’m typing from the grave btw. Having my film photos developed rn. The event was a bit chaotic and we only found out we could line up on the red carpet like an hour before and my phone was dead in a ditch bc I was so unprepared 💔💔 it was either run to my car and get my charger or get the barrier on the carpet! But I had my little film cam AHHHHH

Tess7

I just saw the movie last night and I agree with all your observations. It was incredible, especially since I haven’t been to the tour. We went to our local movie theater and it was packed lol a lot of fun with everyone singing along and yelling all the things (123 let’s go bitch etc) the hubby and I agreed that the Rep era was the best, but every era slayed. I told him on the drive home about you guys going and I was hoping you’d do a video, and here it is at 4 am when I just happen to be awake 😄 love you both and I hope Emily feels back to 100% soon 💗 you both looked gorgeous!

Cara M

Yay!! This was so fun to watch right after seeing it myself!! It was AMAZINF! Reputation really is that bitch. To answer a couple questions you mentioned: -The whole clique snapped is a Beyonce lyric -Travis was never gonna be able to go to the premiere because of his football schedule (but he apparently bought her a vintage Chiefs jacket and a Taylor Swift prayer candle 😆) As for releasing the movie while still on tour - Scooter sold her masters a while ago so it’s not goin to him. Meanwhile, Taylor’s making 57% profits off the movie so the reward is worth it! That said - it concerns me for changes on the international tour (and another movie?!) New outfits at least? Something to keep it fresh? If she just does a few setlist changes, she can eventually work the new songs + the cut songs into an extended version on streaming 🤞🏼

anntallogy

flowers on piano was paper special for LA shows. usually it painted:)

mieke

i love you 🥹🫶🏻

jennie

Omg i love ur vlogs! Im glad u guys enjoyedd

Cori Bridges

Thank you for bringing us along! I think something I hadn’t fathomed is that in the US, this felt more like a victory lap. Lots of people wearing tour merch, trading bracelets, and reminiscing. Whereas other countries this is their first experience of it, so they are just soaking it up. It’s overwhelming!

Helen Dunham

Loved it. Seeing the evermore set up close was magic. All the moments on stage with her, the dancers, band and singers which you miss on a live stream. Also - I thought Scooter resold her masters again?

Corina Varlan

Watched the first previews on Thursday and it was me, the 7 year olds and their grandparents, so not that much singing along/dancing (but I managed to get the merch cup AND an AMC employee traded friendship bracelets with me/ gave me the AMC bracelet!!!) Tonight though I saw the 930pm showing with my friends in the biggest auditorium in Seattle (>300 people)... and multiple dance parties broke out. The front of the cinema was CROWDED with people dancing. it was SO FUN. And then I came home and watched your video!! So happy. I love the community Taylor gives us.

alex

I’m going to see the movie tonight so I’m going to watch this video tomorrow, already intrigued on your thoughts and experience! I’m so excited, hopefully the endorphins will last until next year when I see her live🤩 wishing everyone the best time🫶🏼

Zoe

10000000 percent ‘the whole clique snapped’ is a lyric. Has to be. HAS TO BE. Spiralling now

shilaakadar

that cgi Karyn can strangled me to death and I'm okay w it. OFFENSIVE ! also, can I just say that purple look sooooooooo good on both of you! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Cardigan

The paino was actually painted but during the LA shows they changed it to stick on flowers so it's more clear

Kelly N

I went to the movie with 3 friends who are not swifties and they nearly died at the Reputation Era and her dive into midnights Era as they haven't seen any of it. It was a fantastic experience with friends and I even got my first friendship bracelet 💜

ttpd-24

Love a Vlog would love to see this more!! :) Also i def think a DVD / Soundtrack will come out! Maybe with a Directors Cut ... all the songs!

SwIfTeA

Cutting Cardigan & Wildest dreams kinda makes sense to me because nothing goes on performance wise in Cardigan. She just moves around in the stage. Same with The Archer. And the Wildest Dreams is not even a full performance she just keeps repeating the bridge. But cutting Long Live is a CRIME !

Ana Paula

I laughed so hard at ‘typing from the grave btw’ Living vicariously through stories like yours 🥹

Kelsey

1989 vault track lyric?!

Courtney D

Hahah, I know what you mean with the cut of Wildest Dreams, but the fact that she included it in the Eras tour when she has over 200 songs means she loves it a little bit??!!

Zoe

Yes I think so 😍 maybe my clown theory but I’m hanging onto it 🥲

Farrell Peka

I went to the movie tonight and it was ABSOLUTELY OFFENSIVE

Blue

YOU GUYS! Have you noticed that, during the end credits, on the first bracelet, after the "thank you", there's a color sequence? Gold, red, purple, light blue, a darker gold, a green, orange and then white??

Anon_987

“The whole clique snapped” is a lyrical reference to Beyoncé’s single “break my soul” from renaissance

Persef

just fyi ''the whole click snapped'' is a beyonce lyric

Paloma

Please react to the new EP from boygenius!

✨glitterfox✨

He did, bit he still makes money off of them sadly.

Catherine (YOYOK stan)

Love the vlog! I’m seeing the movie tonight with some friends and we are so pumped! I just cannot believe that she cut out long live!!!! I didn’t get to see that live and in person so I was looking forward to seeing it on the big screen and now knowing it’s out makes me want to cry! Like why?! How does it make sense to do that especially in the cupcake dress!!! I cannot! I’ll have more to say after I watch it 😂

Cline3

It is the most amazing perspective. I was sooooo emotional and just emotional again watching how emotional you guys were also… she is literally doing the most of the most ❤️

Joe Weaver

Got to see the movie last night. Was really fun and the theater seemed to take a little bit to figure out it was ok to sing & dance but by the time we got to Blank Space & Shake It Off, it was pretty crazy in there. Yep, so it was a lot of fun.

Cline3

I’m wondering if it was cut because the footage wasn’t good…

Luke Alexander

Just watched the film and tolerate it killed me I couldn’t breathe I was crying so much

Candy

So glad you girlies did this and shared with us. Totally agree that you needed to 'be in the experience' and don't begrudge you that at all. Enjoyed your thoughts so so much!

Katie K

This was so fun to watch after going to see the movie last night!! Omg guys I was absolutely screaming at the transitions into each era but the Reputation one! I was ABSOLUTELY SHOOK it was giving Karyn in Rep tour. I’m still buzzing today after seeing it. I am really sad about Long Live (in particular), Wildest Dreams and Cardigan being cut tbh. I really wanted to experience that live Long Live performance moment! In case it’s not still on the setlist when she comes to the UK. But still, absolutely offensive visuals, vocals, performances, just everything!! Hoping to go and see it again soon! We had so much fun in our cinema. Everyone was singing and cheering, trading bracelets and dancing in their seats. No one actually stood up until Karma at the end though which I was grateful for because I’d got myself nice and comfy with my snacks 😂🍿🥤

Hannah Proctor

Fathoming that she plays Our Song and then, like, our (as fans) song, bc that's what yoyok is to us, especially with the friendship bracelets 😭😭

Jana Müller

Thank you so much for taking us along! I watched it last night and at times I was so shocked by the scale of the whole thing. It really hits different on a large screen. I have to say though, I was very disappointed about Long Live being cut. That was not necessary and a bit rude. Especially while keeping the whole Red set and Bad Blood😉😂 Reputation however was life altering😍 I might go and watch it a second time, because everyone was standing for the entirety of the second half, which was fun but also a bit stressful. I'm looking forward to see it live next year and get the full experience.

Jana Müller

I mean, they had film material of three shows. I doubt all of them were bad...

Joe Weaver

Right. That's why they shoot 3 shows. So in case it doesn't look great on one of them, they have options.

Daniela

Yay I’m going today with my daughters can’t wait! 💚💛💜❤️🩵🖤🤍🧡💙

Travis

We are going on Sunday and cannot wait! We were concerned about not getting a popcorn tin, so we got one early 😂 So excited to refathom this tour! Side note - as a KC native, I can’t believe Taylor is in KC so much. It’s wild knowing she’s at some of our games!

Nele

that was so damn lovely !! i'm going tomorrow aaaaaaa 💜

BratNDaHwz

Just so you know, she doesn't have to pay when she performs her songs live. She owns the publishing rights. SB only profits from the original master recorded songs. He profits from the songs if/when the OG versions are bought/streamed, which usually happens until she releases a TV.

Christienne Rydlewski

I'm going tonight and can't wait!! Slightly offended my speak now cardigan hasn't arrive yet (I live in Canada).

Toby Veach

I’m thinking the blu-ray “Director’s Cut” version of the movie will have all the songs that were cut plus all the secret songs and a behind the scenes reel 🤔.

Savvy

Maybe she will release a directors cut :)

Jenny M

Thank you so much for this. I'm going to Eras Tour Movie on the 19th of Oct.

Daisy Ramirez

I went last night and it was AMAZING!!!💕 THE VISUALS WERE FUCKEN SUPERIOR! 😭😭✨😍

Lively_Ash

I’ve seen it twice already lol Thursday 12th alone, & then last night 13th w my daughter🫶🫶 can’t wait to go again

Lively_Ash

Also…REPUTATION is that bitch!!🐍🐍🐍 I cannot wait til Taylor’s Version is released!!! I will be UNHINGED 😆🖤🖤

Samuel Picaso

Did I miss something with that heels reference that Bonny mentioned and that Emily passed out to?

Lively_Ash

Travis couldn’t go bc of Thursdays game. Football players kind of sequester together the day before a game

Aloha Record Sargent

What if she posted the Boomerang as an Easter egg for something happening at one of the Australia shows?

Lively_Ash

I fully expect an extended version to be released on streaming

MarkH

Loved this, but I don't think you are right that she has to pay Scooter, Any recording of the song counts as a rerecord, including a live performance. The issue with the AMAs in 2019 was that she was still contractually bound not to rerecord yet--those days are over now, and she is completely free to perform the songs with no royalties going to Scooter. He owns the past performances, and that's all. (And he actually sold them, of course)

Jessi Dees

Regarding Beyonce and Taylor, I love how it's like both Mothers said you need to calm down in The most SLAY way possible! I'm so hype for this month! So many good things going on!

Jessi Dees

I already commented but here is another one, I'm so happy with how TAYLOR seems happy at the football games. It just feels like she is so happy being allowed to publicly support her (potential) man. I don't know how serious it is yet, but after 6 years of being SO low profile, it seems like Travis is happy with Taylor being there to cheer him on, and she seems so excited to be able to go, even with the media coverage, and cheer Travis on. She deserves this SO MUCH. Hope you feel better Emily! Sending positive vibes your way! Love you Em and Bonnie!

Denise Graves

I watched the film last night with my husband. He was silent for the first half and I was starting to feel bad that he wasn’t having a good time. I asked if he was okay and he said “I’m in awe. I’m trying to take it all in. This production is insane” 🥹

Jessica

I truly believe that if the pandemic hadn’t happened then Taylor might not have reached this level of popularity. Ppl were really hurting and struggling during that time, and Folklore came out of nowhere like one big hug. I think Folklore really touched a lot of ppl emotionally, and made non-fans finally respect her. I still go back to what Bonny said a long time ago, that Reputation was a rebirth and Folklore was a revival. I truly believe that.

John Guadarrama

Not to pop your bubble, but I’ve seen other people saying it’s a Beyoncé lyric.

Ally ❤️

Two 🩵🩵 double drop 🥹

Alison

Maybe she cut some songs for the movie, but when it is available maybe on streaming in the future it will be the full version, and that gives incentive for people watch it again on streaming! I'm hoping for that at least!

F1Swiftie

I watched this morning. Bonnie - as a fellow Rep stan - OMG THAT WAS AMAZING AND THE ENERGY AHHH! The theatre I was in has some special kind of technology with the sound, and it said you would feel the bass in musical stuff. Well, I FELT it on my headrest of my seat during Bad Blood. Wow it was vibrating! 🤩

F1Swiftie

I also think some of it felt rushed. I understand cutting time between eras. It was the beginning that I feel missed the anticipation from being there when that clock slowly disappears, dancers slowly walk around, circle up, and then THERE SHE IS OMG OMG OMG. I didn't get that feeling with the film. It was still amazing and going back tomorrow 🥰

Ally ❤️

I think the worst cuts were cardigan and Long Live and I think that keeps my hope alive for an extended cut

F1Swiftie

They for sure were filming way more than just the LA show. The mishaps she shows during the credits were all throughout the tour. I remember the dress sleeve one :)

Ally ❤️

Tolerate it was something you cannot truly fathom outside of the movie

Raven Patzner 🇨🇦🫶🏻

I think I had a full blackout and forgot they were filming at my night in LA?! Like when Our Song came on I was like wait.... I was there for our song. I get to actually relive my own night and I feel so blessed!!!! Wildest dreams and cardigan was a big hit though. Lets pray for a directors cut extended version when it comes out on DVD or something one day!!!

Ally ❤️

Allowing Scooter that last taste of bank just twists the knife deeper when it dries up - some Vigilante Shit fr

Kathleen

One thing I haven’t seen anyone talk about yet that I noticed is that during the credits when all the songs are listed, none of them include (Taylor’s Version) after them except for Long Live TV as the credit song. The more concerning thing is that all the reputation songs are stylized in all lowercase (“delicate,” “look what you made me do” etc). Every other album has the songs stylized correctly (“Style,” “willow,” etc.)…. Do we think rep TV will have all the track titles in all lowercase???

Katie LaFave

I think the reasons she cut those certain songs is because for all of them she just singing. there's not much actually happening on the stage in terms of dancing, her backup dancers, ect... like cutting LGAD wouldn't have made sense because there's SO MUCH happening on stage during that song

Seven_Ellie_Forestworm

Guys don't forget Scooter sold her masters some time ago to Shamrock Holdings Group in 2020... he isn't making a dime off her anymore which is why is may be much more okay using them if needed...

Ava Jeffs

tolerate it ATE AND LEFT NO CRUMBS

V. Babida

Scooter did sell to Shamrock but part of the deal he made with them is that he continues to make a portion of money from the masters for a certain number of years.

Seven_Ellie_Forestworm

Noooo it can't be... that sucks. Thanks for the info I didn't know that. What a bummer!

Zoe

Okay so you are totally right. Looked it up. This proves how much i listen to Beyoncé I guess 🤣🤣

Halie

Part of me is hoping she is filming a documentary with the tour and including the songs she had left out, in the the documentary. Its a long shot because I know a movie and documentary is a lot, and I know there are rumors of her filming one throughout making her re-recordings, but I didn't get to experience long live at my show, so I NEED it.

Joe Weaver

Yes and even if the game had been on Sunday, he wasn't going to fly back and forth to LA when he's got practice on that day & the next day. Not to mention he needs treatment on his ankle right now.

Joe Weaver

But she knocks all the stuff over. There might be crumbs. 🙂

Katey Koch

I'm also wearing my cardigan right now. 🥺🥺🥺

Meg

Anyone else notice during the 1989 section that the lights in the crowd and on the stage were blue and orange! Is Karma happening???!!???

Laura M

I had heard some songs were cut cut I didn’t realize it would be so many 😭 wildest dreams had me gutted. I feel like technically long live had its moment in the credits (also shout out to how cute the credits were) but god it was so much

alex

Seeing the movie was one of the best experiences I’ve ever made.. can’t wait to see her on tour next year 🤩 the whole room just danced and sang along the whole time🥹 as a swiftie who has literally only one other die hard swiftie on her side, this was so wholesome🥰 now I have to process this experience and all the emotions because it really is a lot.. (especially because we had no time to breathe inbetween the eras)

alex

Honestly we all feel the same I think🥲😂 the production and the way they filmed it is something else!

Kayy

I knew Bonny was going to be so unwell seeing the snake! The rep set in the film is so superior

Mex

Thank you, Bonny, for the perfect response to the Rep era starting! I saw the movie yesterday and will go again soon just so I can see that part again. Get well, Emily!

domdodom

she doesnt need to pay scooter for this recording bc they count like it is a ''re record'', this is why he was blocking her perfomance at 2019 bc her contract was not over and that live perfomance could count as rerecording... so taylor doesnt need approval from him now

Jenna C

They revamped the piano for the filmed shows!! They were only painted on before that.

Kristen

i went and saw it on thursday and am going again tonight with the same friends i went to the tour with 🥹 i can’t wait for it to be out on streaming. feel better soon Emily!!!

Debra

Every time Paul was on the screen he had the biggest smile on his face!! How awesome to have so much fun at your job!

Marie S.

the flowers didn't become "3D" until the LA shows, they used to be painted/2D (i saw them with my own eyes @Metlife haha) I guess they put the texture specifically for the filming/making them stand out

Gabriella Cibran

I watched the movie on Friday. It made me so happy and i got very emotional while watching it and singing and dancing my heart away.

Char

Thanks for bringing us along! I went last night. It was amazing. She is such an incredible performer. There were a lot of teen girlies there running to the front of the theatre to dance and sing together. It was quite cute. But I question their bathroom breaks during the folklore set... Anyway luv you guys!

Jessie

Me and hubby went to gold class as well and he says to me “if the waitress comes during the cruel summer bridge I’ll crack it” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Jessie

Rep was by far the best bit

Sofia Luna

Okay this is so random but I legit had a dream last night that Taylor announced that The Eras Tour was going to last until 2028 haha and I was like OMG, happy but worried about not having new albums in so long

Jaimie C

Amazing show & thanks for sharing your experience! Hope you're feeling better, Emily! I also recommend checking out Beyoncé's website cuz she has her photos with Taylor posted prominently on her homepage https://www.beyonce.com/ ❤️ She also has this caption with her tour/crew members: 'Ain't Nobody F*cking With My Clique!' Queens!! 👑👑

Carrie

I'm pretty sure the piano flowers were added in the last week or two of the tour. 🌸🌼

Amanda G

They were saying Taylor can wear high heels with Travis and still be much smaller than him, which hasn’t been the case in the past because she’s so tall.

Prapti

Coincidentally me and my friend also went with our speak now sweater, ate sushi before movies, and watched on a nice recliner sofa 🤣

Mikołaj

the QUALITY of the movie??? like help. it was amazing experience. i could feel like i was on the stage with her sometimes haha, ive never seen anything like this, shes amazing performer, i was captivated entire time and didnt even realize this time moved so fast. definitely gonna go again to see this once more at least :D

labyrinthpeaches

Glad you both enjoyed the movie! I saw it yesterday and it really is so amazing! And I agree, hopefully when it comes out on streaming or something later we get an extended version, and a live album too! <3 And hopefully Emily is feeling better!

Darci

“Great classic hits Taylor swift, love this life I live” i’m dying 🤣🤣🤣

Katie K

Regarding the re-recording situation and why she’d be releasing the movie before all the re-records are out I’m thinking - maybe it’s the fact that everything is already (presumably!) recorded now is enough for them to be claimed as Taylor’s version? Maybe they’re already been licensed and official at this point. Even if they’re not out on streaming and hard copy yet? Idk!! Just todays thoughts …

maja

i love these type of videos so much like i could watch you scroll twitter/tiktok reacting to taylor content for an hour straight

Amanda Ruth

I hope she releases a DVD with all the 6 songs she took out and all the secret songs. It is her style too :)

Jenny MacRunnel

I saw the movie last night (couldn't get tickets for Friday) and it was ICONIC! I have not gone to the show, so this was fantastic! I was up on my feet for most of it ( I took a little rest during Folklore and Evermore) and lost my voice a few times, because I forgot to drink my water (too busy singing!) I loved the transitions between eras, the camera work was great, the SNAKE was fantastic! I personally was upset over Long Live. It just makes Speak Now way too short. I also wasn't thrilled about Cardigan being cut, as Folklore has never been toured and that's the one single. The others I can live with. I still loved the whole experience though! I'm going again in 2 weeks! Oh, and I gave away a ton of friendship bracelets! It was fun hanging out with other Swifties before the show!

Dibbs Storey

I can’t believe you guys don’t get invited!!!! Surely she knows about your channel? Scandalous 😂

learc

so glad you had a nice time ✨

Cristina

I really don't think scootscoot is profiting from eras tour movie because she's not using the masters of the stolen version. She's basically rerecorded live (live vocals and instruments) the songs from her albums which now she has the right to rerecord as much as she wants. She doesn't need to publish an album in order to publish a live recording of these songs if that makes sense.

Zac Crockenburg

bonny freaking out over Out Of The Woods tv is literally me like hearing that song again is also my death date.

Tess7

Reputation is that bitch! Facts. Lol

Lucero Castillo

I would have taken cardigan over last great american dynasty in a heart beat.

hauntedwillow27

something else i fathomed was she used all the new fonts for the rerecordings - and i think that includes rep! but what’s SUPER offensive is that the R was CAPITALLLLL. and you can tell the font is very slightly different with the ends of the font style. but it said “Reputation” not “reputation” !!!

hauntedwillow27

also Sweeter than Fiction TV played before the movie started on a target ad!!! i’m SOO GLAD the bonus track is sweeter than fiction im SO EXCITED

MelTooWell

She recorded when she performed them, so I think she owns everything in the movie. I know Joe is credited though, because he wrote lyrics on songs in the film. I really don't think Scooter is making anything off of this. Either she owns it because by releasing the film commercially the live version of everything in the film is now hers. Or, she made a deal and got her masters, which explains 1989 TV being the first and only to have the name on the CD. it makes a lot of sense releasing the movie now, though, making sure what she plays is owned by her before going internationally, where IP law is different than in the US.

Dariel

What’s crazy is that the 3h film doesn’t feel like is 3h I though it went super fast

Grace

scooter only own the master recordings so he doesn't make any money off of the movie

Marie-France C. Lombardo

I still haven’t seen the show live (because I live in Europe) and i didn’t realize that she shortens a few songs..like for “tolerate it”, “style”, etc she doesn’t sing the second verse. Having only seen snippets of the show on instagram and tik tok, i always assumed she sang the whole songs, but the film proved me wrong! No shade, just fathoming…:)

Robert Thompson

He sold them to Shamrock Holdings (Roy Disney's kids) back in 2020; for what he paid for all of Big Machine's 4 labels. There is a lawsuit by Shamrock trying to get some of their $300 million back, now. . . . .

Robert Thompson

First, Braun does not own her masters. Ithaca Holdings sold them to Shamrock Holdings after less than a year, for $300M (they were supposed to be worth $140M of the $330 million Ithaca paid for the entirety of Big Machine (with artists like: Reba McIntyre, Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw and around a hundred other artists; including, for a while, that Keith Urban guy). And, Ithaca/Braun was supposed to get a percentage if sales exceeded certain limits. After the sale, Shamrock tried to negotiate with Taylor for syncing ad/movie rights, but the finger Braun still had in the pie killed the deal. Shamrock is suing Ithaca, trying to get some of their money back now. Also, as the writer, Taylor could always perform them live; and with her contract obligations to Big Machine ended, no one gets anything but herself, the theaters, and AMC Entertainment. 👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Robert Thompson

actually, Shamrock lost a lot of money, so Braun's percentage of nothing is. . . . . 😉 Shamrock filed a lawsuit trying to get their money back; lawyers will eat up anything they make on the music.

Robert Thompson

I will see the film Friday. If you are wondering why some songs were cut, though, it may be to fit the theater schedules for how long a film should be; there was some comment on the length of the film on some of the financial sites tracking AMC share values. Can hope it is restored if/when the film goes to streaming.

Robert Thompson

Shamrock Holdings bought them over two years ago; Braun paid $330 million for all four Big Machine labels, and all their masters (you can look up the artists on Wikipedia -- there are a LOT of big names). Taylor's music was supposed to be an estimated $140M of the total of the value, which included all the pricey real estate and property of the company. And, left Borchetta in charge of the new subsidiary. Shamrock paid $300M just for Taylor's masters, in the belief they could negotiate ad/movie syncing rights, which she denied to Braun's Ithaca Holding company (using her songwriter copyright). But, the purchase deal Shamrock made had some kickbacks to Braun if sales exceeded set limits; and Taylor did negotiate, but they couldn't exclude Braun entirely, which killed the deal. Roy Disney (Walt Disney's nephew) started Shamrock Holdings when the family sold their stake in the Disney Corporation. I don't know the kids names who inherited it.

Robert Thompson

He sold them to Shamrock Holdings in 2020 -- for almost the entire amount he paid for all four labels of Big Machine, their Nashville property, and all the other masters. Shamrock is suing Ithaca, last I heard, to reverse the sale.

Robert Thompson

also, he SOLD the masters to Roy Disney's kids over two years ago. 🙄

Robert Thompson

She would have had to; the fonts are considered part of the original album art. They can be copyrighted with the album.

Floran

When your grandkids show you the All Too Well clip of the Era’s tour you can say: I was there, I was there

BratNDaHwz

I know all this. I was just simplifying it to answer their question of whether SB profits from the film.

Sivan Moshe

She owns all the live versions from the film. Since November 2020 she was able to re record her music. Therefore, this is considered a re recording of a song so they don't get money off of this

Leanne22

Tolerate it felt like a movie the way it was edited 🥹 I also loved seeing the dancers and choreography more!! All of the close ups of the stage effects were incredible

GIE

In out cinema, it’s literally feels like a concert! You can sing your heart out at every songs!

Cowboy Like Evaaannn!!

Bonny nooo! You shouldn’t of skipped through the movie trailer with Out Of The Woods tv because she does the “OH I REMEMBER!” belt and it’s better than perfect!

Cowboy Like Evaaannn!!

From what I’ve heard, she cut songs like Wildest Dreams, Cardigan and The Archer because she was just walking around the stage so not much was happening

Arooj Shabnam

Can you guys react to Olivia Rodrigo’s AMEX show she performs some of her songs with Dan and also talks about the writing process xx also absolutely loved the offensive vlog

Nathalie Richter

Okay what I WANNA KNOW is why the all of the outtakes and errors your stuff at the end credits with the fan pics was SO WELL AND PROFESSIONALLY FILMED??? Like if anything is gonna make me clown for an eras tour documentary or secret song documentary or anything like that it’s THAT

nsmith

Bonnie at the end with “Great classic hits. Taylor Swift. Love this life I live” I’m dying 🤣

Courtney Graham

Loved the movie love your videos always 🫶 I took my two daughters to the theaters got our bucket and cups. Everyone in our theater talked before hand and everyone danced and singed it was so cool for my kiddos.

aubrey

Hearts, hearts, hearts! I can't wait to go see it.

sav

i was SO upset about wildest dreams!! especially bc i was so overwhelmed at the show i couldn’t see all the visuals and the visuals during wildest dreams are so offensiveeee hopefully on streaming maybe we get an extended version 🥹

Miles Hinshaw

The Look What You Made Me Do rock version is SO SUPERIOR I cannot even.

Christiana Somers

Did anyone notice that her Lover nail (after the black Rep one) was orange instead of pink? I was quite confused. Don’t wanna clown but…..

Michelle Serna

LOVED this videooo! I got the notification while I was at work and couldn't wait to come home to watch you ladies. By the way, I sometimes wonder if Taylor has everything perfectly planned with a lot of anticipation or sometimes we just look too much into things and clown excessively that she's like "ahh yeah the fans make more sense than what I was thinking of doing so let's go for that instead!" or for example maybe the Karma thing was never something she planned but we've been SO intense with this topic that maybe she will just give it to us like she gave us All Too Well 10?

Melissa

YES! I couldn't stop looking for it! She is over the Lover Era. KARMA IS REAL!

LanaJulie33

I wore black and my SN cardigan to the movie, too! 😄😘😘

Kat Alvarez

i loved this omg, i went opening night and i’m doing again tomorrow!!! it was just so much fun to watch

Michelle

A note on the flower piano: they WERE painted. In LA the piano changed to those textured flowers!

Dorka

Oh my god so exciting!!! Guess what, I showed my 10 years old cousin the eras tour trailer and she said “wow is this all her in all of these dresses?” literally what you said!

IG

Also I’m in the UK and alot of us have chosen NOT to go and watch the movie because we don’t want to watch the movie before we see the tour. I’m jealous of people who got to see the tour and then use the movie to refathom. I wish she did the movie after, US fans always get the advantage 😭

Girls, SCOOTER SOLD THE MASTERS TO SHAMROCK HOLDINGS IN 2021. It doesn't do you any good to rail on Braun, when the Disney family's holding company owns them. His deal required them to pay him something . . . .if the sales hit certain levels. I doubt they need to pay Braun. In fact, they filed a suit last year trying to get their investment back.

When y’all made the comment that midnights is like a 1989 and Rep combo and when you think about their colors the light blue mixed with black = dark blue

Brittany DeLara

Thank you so much for acknowledging us and thanking us, but seriously we love y’all and live vicariously through you. I want to have your job butttttt I’m more than grateful to just be a part of contributing to this and seeing all of your fantastic content. As a swiftie with no swiftie friends, I look forward to your videos more than you can ever know. Thank YOU for being so dedicated to sharing your Taylor experiences and fathomings with us!

Eliza

Hi Brittany, I totally feel you on the swiftie with no swiftie friends. That's why Bonny & Emily are really so special because for those of us who do not have that can still have a bonding experience through their videos and this community. Much love!!! <3

CAM

I will always be grateful for the Eras tour showing me just how global Taylor Swifts music is... I never fully FATHOMED, and watching clips of everyone around the world dancing in a music theatre, it has rewired my brain permanently.

Heidi

I was WAITING for those wildest dreams ad libs live aaaand 😭😭😭😭

Britney Fletcher

Bonny mentioning how Taylor looked like Stevie Nicks during ATW 10 and then now we have Clara Bow 🥺🩷

Breezy Bumbles

Emily is also giving “Lover” hair.

Breezy Bumbles

I think Taylor put out the Eras Tour for us so early as a way to apologize for the Ticketmaster Great War. Because she knew that so many people could not get tickets.

Deborah

The Clara bow foreshadowing!!!! "She reminded me of Stevie Nicks"

Julie

July 2025 me here, did she cut cardigan out of eras movie because of matty references?

dgchvz

Omg miss this time, my theater felt like the eras tour, everyone was standing, dancing, and singing

Emelie

And your wish has been heard! You predicted the showgirl cinema party
