The timing couldn’t be MORE perfect! I have just tucked myself into bed. Let’s go 😁😴

Can’t wait to listen to this before bed! Edit: going to add this to my list if/when I go to Catastropheland.

Another audio to add to my playlist for when I get anxiety attacks. The music and sea sounds on top of your soothing voice made this really comforting. Thank you for this Ben! I hope you are well 🙂💜

Ben only just back here, I've spent months in hospital and I'm so lucky to be here. I will probably be here a little longer too but Im out of ICU. My anxiety is through the roof, this piece is beautiful........... Thank you

Terry

Thank you so much for this Ben! I'm in a lot of pain rn and this helped me relax so much, I was cutting up a coconut this morning and I ended up stabbing the knife into the palm of my hand and I've been left with a pretty deep stab wound, the blood was spurting out my hand and now Im all bandaged up and have to get an x-ray and stitches tomorrow morning 🥺 x

Terry

I had actually stabbed through tendons in my hand and had to have surgery to repair everything :/ x
