Would have been helpful for this beginer had the shop owner had a clear out from the windows first! Joking of course. Looking forward to doing this later today.

Hi Scottie, I would never have guessed that there were 3-5 Layers and more on this painting. Thank you, for taking the time, to talk us through how to apply different layers that gives it so much real depth and makes it "pop" at same time...so appreciate you sharing your gift and expertise thanks; Colin

I loved this lesson. I did have some issues knowing that I have a tendency to muddy my colors by accident. Once I put the shadow under the awning I started to run into trouble. I don’t think I left the underpainting long enough so that it was dry. I do very much appreciate the push to do people and multi colors. Scary!! Ty!!

Hi Scottie, another brilliant tutorial. Bought some Winsor and Newton watercolors 13pc, makes a lot of difference for the light washes. Posca pen and me still have a bit of an argument. Looks either like milk and if I shake it a lot I get a white blob when pointing. But I will try to manage this pen as well. Thanks for your awesome lesson. Take care. Reinhold
