I really like the peacefulness of 3. The sky in 1 is more interesting, minus the black birds attacking 🤣. Those birds belong in an Alfred Hitchcock scene.

I love light houses, but agree with most, 1 without the birds or 3.. you could do both 😎

Id love to learn more about how to paint the sky in #1. And yes, lose some of those birds. I also like all the shapes and colors.

I love the sky in #1 so that is my preference but #3 has the most challenges.

I choose #3 for all of the textures and different elements of round lighthouse, different shaped buildings and the water. Maybe we can do other sketches with beautiful skies.

Portland Head lighthouse has been on my painting to do list for a long time. That's why it is my choice. #3

#1 as I would like to learn how to do a sky like that. Maybe that’s a separate tutorial but nonetheless, I am interested either with this sketch or covered in a future tutorial.

I agree with the comments regarding painting the sky. If only looking at the lighthouse and buildings, I like #3 for it complexities.

I like the simplicity of #2 but have voted for #1 because of the amazing sky. Really enjoyed the previous lighthouse sketch, looking forward to this one 😎
