Thanks Scottie, you are a great teacher!

Another good one, Scottie! Either your explanations are getting better, or practicing with you is paying off, but recently I’m able to follow along and get a “good enough” result at one go. At this rate, I figure I'm going to overtake you soon: choosing subjects, going through a few practice runs, uploading the tutorial--before you've even had the idea! 😂 Amateur tip: both the Posca Pen and the Uniball Signo White Pen are fickle; Titanium White watercolor (I use Holbein W203) works well with a bit of practice.

Thank You for your dappled light lesson, Scottie :-D! Appreciate Much!

I don't know why, but this was one of the hardest things I have drawn recently. My roof just looked terrible. I want to try it again before I paint. Thanks for the challenge!

Thank you again for a good tutorial. I like that you do a practice sketch first and the way you explain why you changed the order. I usually have 2 attempts at your tutorials, one with you (and lots of pauses) then a second just using the reference. I’ve found shadows especially hard, so I’ll certainly try his one again.
