I haven't watched this since it first came out. At the time I felt it was a decent drop compared to Hill House. I think it was because Mike Flanagan only directed one episode. I've been wanting to revisit though and now that you're done I can watch it all in one fell swoop. I do highly recommend Midnight Mass from here though. Flanagan directed every episode and it feels like a very personal series to him. It was also the book in Hush that Kate Siegel wrote. I imagine he had this series in mind for a long time before filming it.

I love Mike Flanagan’s series. Midnight Mass is a must watch!! I can’t wait for his rendition of Carrie to come out.

Echo Moon

Finished this up yesterday and I was floored by how wonderful the ending was. This series is different than Hill House because it wasn't as scary as Hill was. This was a true love story and it really got me in the feels there at the end. Thank you Brother J for watching this Flanagan series, I loved it. Gotta say, I haven't heard anyone snore as loud as my dad used to until I heard Drogo snore so loud during this reaction and it kinda took me back to when I was a kid. LOL
