I don't think Nami would have time to strategize a 1v1 between Eneru and Luffy considering she has been 1 step of dying for like 5 episodes now. Most likely she just figured it out indeed using the intelligence Ron is talking about, you know that random "hol up a minute" moments. I’ve been liking this arc way more than I remember. I revisit a bunch of One Piece arcs, but I think I’ve actually only seen Skypeia the one time. Been a lot of fun watching it again.

Nami's battle intelligence is the highest on the crew. If was related to sailing or non combative scenarios she'd have realized luffy v electricity sooner, I believe. Also you are correct that there is only 1 version of 1 fruit and there may be variations out there, like Pell's fruit was the Bird Bird fruit, Model falcon. So there may be another Bird fruit with a different model, but only 1 falcon variant at a time.

For the pokemon typing: its ground types that are immune to electric, (so Crocodile would be considered another natural enemy?😏) As for the rubber vs electric, if I remember correctly, rubber is an electrical insulator, which means electricity doesn't pass through. So, now from that last episode, you have been given the information that there are opposite devil fruits that can affect each other because of their nature. The only reason that Luffy can hit Enel is BECAUSE of the devil fruit granting his body the characteristics and properties of rubber. "Wood" is a "poor" conductor of electricty, but lightning has high enough energy that can burn wood due to the temperature it can produce. Back to the topic of Logia, Luffy's rubber property isn't a direct opposite to elements like fire or smoke, so no it wouldn't work. Think of it like Pokemon in a general sense. Water > Fire. Stone/Ground > Electric. etc etc. Now, if Enel knew a move that could centralize his lightning to a single point like Chidori or something, that would be effective against rubber. With enough energy, even lightning would be able to split rock.

Devil Fruits are very rare outside the grand line. In the whole show so far they've only run into a few while actively being pirates, no one in the fishman crew even had one. It's kinda natural that even Nami wouldn't know much about them outside of stories. You'll find out a lot more about Logia/Param types in the next arc, their is a balance to everything in One Piece. It's implied the fruits are all unique but not much else is explained about it.

Okay just to play devil's advocate. Michelle asked if it was kind of spoiler knowing that Luffy ate the rubber rubber fruit. My answer to that is no because if I was a Japanese audience and I was watching this knowing full well what they were saying, then I would already know that Luffy ate the rubber rubber fruit, so it's not exactly spoiler. It's more clarification. I feel like it is Oda's intention for you to know each fruit as they are. Rubber is rubber, rumble is lighting, flare is fire, etc. Specific abilities, obviously, you have to watch, but the basis of it should be clear through the fruit's name.

Saying that Nami should have gotten the connnection to Luffy vs Eneru being natural enemies.. well in an adventure with all these death defying things happening, sometimes things go over your head. It is because you guys are sitting at home watching and can think of things like that but if you are out battling for your life, sometimes things can and will pass over your head until you get reminded of it from examples and experience. Perspective from the character's point of view maybe?

the following comments is not to correct the reactions or complain and is only advise which people can agree with or just ignore. use it or not. But i think it's something worth thinking about: peak reactions videos is when someone doesn't see a reveal coming and is really surprised and happy. and i personally think a lot of reaction channels has misunderstood that "calling shit" isn't a good thing. so pausing a naruto video for many minutes to theories and analyse who got summoned by the edo tensei jutsu for example, will effect the quality of the reaction, because it takes away some of the surprise element in the reveal. you guys seems very focused on predicting things and my advise would be to don't. BUT if you enjoy that and stopping would take away from your watching experiense, then just ignore everything i've said. its your channel and you can do what you want, i just wanted to give my take on predicting stuff.

Can't really remember this piece of information well but I think it hasn't been revealed yet if there can be the same type of devil fruit existing at the same time. Edit: Seems some said it has been revealed so ya. Also dry wood is an insulator of electricity like rubber. The reason trees get struck by lightning is because the moisture in trees, in the form of water and sap, attracts lightning. Trees are often the tallest structures and decent conductors, so they are natural lightning rods.

In a general sense, I suppose so? But I believe the show sometimes focuses on elemental opposites "more" than general scientific knowledge in terms of elemental devil fruit match ups for the drama and story. Oda does put into consideration, irl science here and there. For example, Crocodile's sand vs liquids, sand clumping up when wet. While rubber isn't exactly flammable, it melts at 200 degrees C. So if Ace fought this current Luffy for example, Ace's fire would trump Luffy's rubber in terms of Devil Fruit match up. Long story short, there are devil fruits that are "stronger" elements compared to others, like Enel's lightning. He just gets ratio'd by rubber because of irl physics hahaha

This is an anime so I'll forgive it of course. However, Rubber is only an insulator. Meaning it does not conduct electricity well, but it still does technically. With a strong enough charge it will go through. As for WOOD. Michelle is correct in saying that it does not conduct electricity well. However, Ron is also correct when he says that TREES get struck by lightning all the time. That's because the tree is alive with fluids containing nutrients and minerals which makes it conductive. But basically, electricity will just take the path of least resistance. So things that are considered insulator, like rubber, usually stops electric currents because other things lets it go through easier.

Luffys devil fruit is gomu gomu no mi(rubber rubber fruit) - if u split it up GO=5 MU=6, robin is hana hana no mi(flower flower fruit) - split that up HA=8 NA=7 chopper is hito hito no mi(human human fruit) - split it up HI=1 TO=10 so if you see 56 on luffy or in the show it mean GOMU

funny when I rewatched this arc is also when I saw a video or a shorts or something in youtube describing how gold conducts lightning or energy really well so that's why in all of our gadgets there are little gold films or thin sheets that is used. It was the first time I heard of it and when I watched this arc I literally laughed out loud🤣
