We don’t really know what Kaori‘s disease is but it is most probably Friedreich‘s Ataxia where symptoms start to show in childhood or adolescence. It’s a neurological disorder caused by a genetic mutation that leads to nerve damage resulting in poor muscle coordination, balance issues, slurred speech, scoliosis, diabetes and heart problems.
