1:01:29 - Nah, y'all could never actually stab or kill anyone. It's pretty hard mentally, emotionally and sometimes physically, to kill a fellow human, especially if they're defenseless. I don't think most people can, they just think they can in a certain situation, but the fact is, it would feel like hell. 1:08:02 - I remember in OG Naruto, the 3rd Hokage and some others assigned missions but whether the Hokage has the last say is a good question. I don't think sole blame should go on Naruto as Hokage though. He can't predict the future, so he can't know how many shinobi to send if or when a mission's level gets raised up to A or S. Also, it's just impractical to send a huge group of shinobi on a mission since most of the time, what a shinobi actually does is reconnaissance & espionage. And, and! If the team in trouble can't contact HQ, HQ can't just recklessly send people in. How many shinobi are on missions, where those missions are, the skill level of shinobi that are needed, general resources and funding, and etc, probably goes into the decisions. In this instance, if I remember correctly, Boruto and team are the backup sent to check up on Konohamaru and Mugino since A) they were close and B) Naruto equates their skill level to that of chuunin. They were already on a C or B rank mission so going to get some information on a radio silent team shouldn't raise the ranking that high. What matters after that is time. As in how much time is needed before HQ gets concerned enough to send another team to check on the back up team, lol. (excuse my yappin, this is the kind of the stuff that's fun to think about for me so i get carried away ๐Ÿ˜…) Yea, Ron should not run for office anytime soon....or never! ๐Ÿ˜‚
