I'm starting Hajime no Ippo on AYCE and I am taking this personally. I'm hitting 75 Hard when i get hack. I'm locking in at the gym. I know this show is about boxing and motivation, discipline, and going all in — and that's exactly the energy I'm bringing. This has been a long time coming and I could not think of a better show to debut this format with. If you're an AYCE member, hope this can inspire yall too!

 WHAT'S HAPPENING BEFORE JUNE 1ST

May 24th–30th — Reset Week We just spent 4 months in Asia and we are coming home to GET RIGHT. That week is for resetting mentally and physically so we come back to you all firing on all cylinders. We do this once a quarter. (Last one was early Feb). No guilt about it — we have found this is what it takes to keep delivering at a high level. We'll be back better than ever.

Boruto Pause After Episodes 216–218 After this recent triple drop of 216–218, we are taking one week off from Boruto uploads. You all will see why soon... Real talk — Michelle was genuinely hurt by what happened in those episodes (so was i). She questioned whether she even wanted to keep watching. (She will. But let her breathe.) We're going to give her that space, and when we come back we'll have a long, honest discussion in the intro covering all of our feelings and thoughts. We're not skipping over it — we're giving it the moment it deserves.
