There where other abstracted beings in there you are pretty much insane when you abstract you are gone. I’m pretty sure Pomni found out that they are in a game verse. Caine gleaches as well so he’s not in complete control

When you get abstracted, you don’t get to leave, Caine just puts them in the “basement” with all the other abstracted characters. When he pulls the lever and Kaufmo falls down, you can see other abstracted characters down there.
