We have seen a silhoutette of Big Mom before in Fishman Island. But episode 786 is the official design reveal of Big Mom. So you can call it her introduction, I personally love it. Cause it kinda tells what character she is, on surface she seems nice with all the singing and dancing. But once you look at the meaning of songs, you are like hm maybe she is bad bitch.

It helps if you think of Totto Land as an allegory for big prosperous nations like the U.S. Full of comforts, luxuries, and resources. Meanwhile, all of this is often the result of taking over and plundering resources from other smaller nations. Such as all the suffering caused by US intervention in many Latin American countries, or any country where oil is abundant. Under the guise of good intentions, but really only looking to set up a way to funnel resources from those countries towards those in power here in the U.S. That's Totto Land.
