This show is so peak, from the dialogue feeling so natural to the animation being so good. The story itself as well is great. I wish it carried on to Nocturne though... only thing that stayed was the animation 😭

I think arcane season 1 on its own was near perfect. But taking into account all seasons of both shows, I think castlevania is probably better

I loved this but I remember hating Nocturne, the characters being my main problem. I hope they like it though. Maybe rewatching it with them wil change my perspective.

Death (the Grim Reaper) has been in the games since te beginning, often 1 or 2 bosses away before dracula (the final boss in most of the games), i loved that they included it in the show, but they were kind of giving away info but you guys never expect that it was going to show for real, 1st episode of season 4 talks about it, then the conversation Varney has with the other guy(the conversation that Ron says they spent to much time on it for not being relevant) he says that he likes to be close to him because he is a criminal and a good killer and that Nourishes him, that sound kind of weird, and then at this episode when Saint Germain says that he was going to make an opening in the barrier but then Varney says that he has skills to, then proceed to open the barrier but not before he taste a little of the souls in the barrier, that was another clue, vampires dont have that kind of power, but him being Death it makes so much sense everything now. This episode never tires me, always get emotional with the music for that epic battle and the sacrifice of Trevor gives so much meaning
