Fat what season, Jonathan?

John Coffey

doggie in the thumbnail cute as hell 🐩🐕‍🦺🐾 living in North Carolina all my life it’s weird how many references there were to the state and the south in general. Why is Drake just suddenly showcasing the South like that?

Ryxxnn

Let’s gooooooo

Jake Grogins

tons of filler in this. shame bc i really like 10 or so of the songs and they would've made a great album without all the filler. just my opinion.

Cameron

I did the same thing 2 times with the clean and explicit version lol

Great reaction, like all drake albums people don’t love it first few listens & suddenly it grows on you & it’s a classic. But could have cut to 15 tracks, there is a few throwaway/average ones in there. Members Only & First Person Shooter 👌

conor mcnally

He was always huge on shouting out houston tbf and coles from north carolina so can see the angle there

Yeah this was a long album and video lol. At this point any album this long is just taking a shotgun approach. Kendrick only got away with a project this long because he literally didn't drop anything but like 3 features in 5 years and it was a concept album divided into two discs lmao But this same style of track packaged in different ways to appeal to the most people. Sonically great at least and more mass appealing, but I'm not sure how everyone will react to that. Can't wait to hear it and see it in captions in the coming months.

Andrin Kaufmann

really enjoyed your takes on those album! for me it was a whole lot of yeah this is quite good, constant head nodding without any true standout moments besides cole. reeeeaaally hope we get something like that EP you were talking about 🙏

All the parties might be one people sleep on. That song is so good. Drakes opening verse kinda throws it off to begin but as discussed in slime you out, it’s about context and when you put it with the rest of the song with its different melodic flows and beat switches, it fits better with the entirety of the song.

anthony mccaffrey

I had the same exact reaction for rich baby daddy. “Is this good?” And proceed to dance

Noah Deckard

This would have been a crazy album if he threw out all those “throw away” songs that all kind of sound the same. It’s still fat d szn though. #letthatcoochiebreathe

Cody Vaught

Kendricks is 15 mins shorter and way better so that helps.
