That bathroom scene is the worst scene in terms of uncomfortability in the whole show (in my opinion) so you're over the worst of it now lol😅 also you want to dry and store wigs in the shade because every wig that isn't human hair is made of kanekalon or materials with similar compounds which are basically like plastic so they can easily melt under high heat! Some are more heat resistant than others but it's safest to not leave them in direct sunlight anyway - especially somewhere as boiling hot as japan in the summertime lmao 😭 Also the show they made up is parodying a very famous real anime series called precure (or pretty cure) which has been running for like 20+ years now I think, the target audience is technically young kids, especially girls, but it has a HUGE adult fanbase of all genders too (at least im 99.9% sure that's what they're referencing) if you wanted to get your kids into anime genuinely it's a great series, magical girls learning lessons about life and defeating evil through friendship and family and love :]

My Dress-Up Darling and More Than a Married Couple were the two anime I watched that I had to sit down and come to terms with the pervertedness. I love them both so much though. I can't wait to see what MDUD has in store for season 2.

That Magical girl anime mentioned in this episode is actually a tribute to another real world anime called Madoka Magica. Trust me, it's also a suuuper good and deep work, so I hope you really don't miss it! Madoka Magica only has one season with 12 episodes, so you can finish watching it quickly. (Actually the hand puppet shown in my avatar is from this work.)

Really? That one feels 'uncomfortable' because of the content but not weird or gross, the bathroom scene felt extra pervy and gross to me personally which makes me the most uncomfortable but all the other fanservice bits and the hotel are just like yeah this is anime and this is a romance this kinda just feels par for the course but that's just me lol

I've watched several reactions to this show so I have seen it multiple times. This episode is both one of my favorites and also my most disliked episode. I love the beginning and the ending sections but I cannot watch that middle section with the introduction of Juju in the bathroom. After seeing people react to it over the years, i just now skip that part of the reaction. Glad you continued on with it, though! And despite that scene, I still really love this series.
