Y’all should react to the cast and director reaction to season 2 and their commentary after you finish the series. It’s very interesting and shows a bit of the cast’s true personalities and take on what they thought of the series. Here is the link to it: https://youtu.be/XixkTyJQkiU?si=tXqP8P7lkHf0deoh

Watch the deleted scene from season 1! It’s on the official Netflix channel

I'm just leaving a cute note here because the episode is stressing enough: Sieun calls baku "huminie" and Juntae calls gotak "tak-a" 🥺

"This actor is way to good in playing the villain" YUP. And ... You should see him in drag 💋!

Wait, what?! Where?

Oof.. why do I get the feeling that the last scene wasn't a deer in headlights moment? I don't think it's gonna actually hit him. I think it'll be a close call kinda thing (I hope) but I kinda felt that Sieun froze up in the road when the vehicle was coming because he got so overwhelmed to the point that when the potential for death came at that moment, it might feel like a sweet release 😬 at least, that's what I took away from his expression. Not to say he's suicidal, but when you have bad thing after bad thing stacking and piling ontop of you like that, you stop being able to think clearly and can start thinking things like "it would be so much easier if something would just take me out right now" or "if something would just put me in a coma/break my arm or leg rn so I can get out of this thing" kinda thoughts. Except he didn't even have time to think anything like that, so it'd be even more reactionary. Also, I understand Baku's feelings on teaching people to fight, but omg please! Someone teach poor Juntae! 😅 that poor kid was even trying to emulate Sieun and was so pitiful. I don't think he'd turn baddie if he could learn to at least defend himself

Bae Nara (that’s the name of the actor) is a theatre kid. He was in the Korean version of Kinky Boots and also played a drag queen in one of the episodes of DP. You should look him up! He is AMAZING in ANY role he plays 😌

8:51 I knew Gotak's stomach just dropped when he heard Sieun gave his piece of mind to Baku's dad. He wanted to smacked Sieun right then and there. Meanwhile Juntae was instantly thinking of how he could removed himself from the premise. Lol, "My friend had just admonshed my other friend's dad in that man's own house. Can somebody pick me up and out of here, please?" 18:48 It's like Sieun's parents didn't really taught him about the subtle interactions rules. They're more of absentee parents who, on the rare periods of time where they could spare time to be with Little Sieun, equated a quiet and stressed-but-outwardly-calm boy with the marks of a well-mannered and socially aware child. The result is a grown Sieun who will bludgeon his interactions through with people who give social cues that he doesn't like.
