That opening sequence with Tommy aura farming the ringing payphone in an apocalyptic looking landscape was 10/10 cinematography

No way it took 1 season for Wesley to realize Aberama is Little finger lol

Souffle

The Wall Street Crash was the main domino that fell, but the resulting Great Depression was worldwide as all of the markets were interconnected and when one pillar (and the largest one at that) fell, everything came down with it. It varied in severity by country though the US, the UK and Germany got it the worst So I imagine in the ~4 years between seasons 4 and 5 the Shelby Company had invested a lot into America, and even then their core base in the UK wasn't shielded either...

Souffle

Also not sure if you noticed it but Tommy's big dog is Cyril, Alfie's dog that he asked him to take care of :)

just to say, the MP who approached Tommy is Oswald Mosely, a real historical person, Britains most famous fascist, leader of the British Union of Fascists in the 30s, spent most of ww2 in a prison cell. Also, I'd love some reactions to UK political or historical explainers.
