You weren't wrong, you've already seen that scene. It was in the last episode of season 2 after the credits. But it didn't include his monologue or his prayers to Ai, so at the time we had no idea who the girl was or what his motive was. Now we know... kinda. From what we've been shown, he masterminded Ai's death, and we know that for sure because the white-hair-red-eyes girl told Ruby last season. Before that it was just Aqua's assumptions. And now this girl, who is the same one you saw back then, so there's no third girl involved. Or did you mean Himekawa's mom? Because we still don't know how they ended up in a lover suicide. Also, I loved your reaction. You really understand how these characters think. All your predictions and observations are totally in line with what they could or would do so far. There's still room for surprises though. You've got a great read on them, but that doesn't always mean things will play out the way you expect... or maybe they will :D

David Stern

It was the same scene from season 2 lol

I'm pretty sure that after Ai's death Aqua said something about how even after being her son and knowing her for years he felt that he never really knew her, but I don't remember when. Also, I bet whoever is tasked with the promotion of the movie wil be like "Written by her own son, finally THE TRUTH is revealed" or something like that to hook people lol

"you can't have aqua and ruby play lover with each other, it's gonna be weird" Boy oh boy

Thomas Lubac

Right?! I mean, it's not like a certain Sarina once made her doctor promise to marry her when she turns 16, and what do you know, Ruby just reached that exact age! But nah, totally impossible, they're barely even speaking to each other right now anyway

I honestly don’t know what’s going to happen. I’ve seen a few comments (on accident) here and there, so I kind of have a vague idea but this is probably the most obvious spoiler ever, lol. It literally screams "This is exactly what’s going to happen".
