Couldn't agree more about the subtitles. It's a fun show so far but the accent is wild. They could literally be speaking Japanese or Korean and it'd be about the same for me. lol

It's funny, I once travelled from Dublin to Limerick for work. On the train, I just so happened to be sitting on a table seat surrounded by three Irish high school girls. They spoke exactly like the Derry Girls! I was holding in my laughter so hard the whole trip LOL. (No disrespect for the accent, it was just reminding me of some scenes.)

Yeah I can imagine subtitles being necessary for those not from the UK or Ireland. Funny though that the part where Steph said they were grateful for the subtitles the subtitles were wrong - she said 'curry butty' but subtitles said cowboy'.
