yaay new episodey, I look forward to this every week

The reason you suck air for a siphon is to create a vacuum which will pull the liquid to the other end. Think of it like 3 stages: empty tube -> water passes the tallest bit of the tube -> gravity pulling the liquid down creates a siphon. Submerging the hose is like cutting out the middle stage, no need for a vacuum if the liquid is filling it already. Obviously in the case of oil, often there isnt oil lying around to submerge the tube into so you'd give it a good suck

mecha senku always tells us to not try things at home but whenever he actually does give you an experiment it's like "try out a siphon in your bathtub" and "rub a drawer with pencil graphite to make it slide" this guy is just a menace to parents lmao

It's funny how the show tried to make us doubt Gen for a bit. But we know he's one of Senku's biggest fans lol. And I think it was cool how we got to see Gen's first impression of Senku was from Senku's revival date carving...and that the seed of Gen joining Senku was planted way before the ramen, the electricity, and the cola even happened.

also i'm not sure if it's ever been brought up, but after the outros instead of showing a spoiler preview of the next episode they always do a simple little color change experiment or something similar to reveal the title. one of my fav touches that really shows the love that the whole staff put into this anime

tbf japanese bathrooms are different, its a room with a tub and a shower, so theres a drain for the whole room, and the pelcil thing its only on the rails

CallMeSignal

I do like that when they were being ominous, we got a shot of Senku's face and see that he was heartbroken or saddened. It shows that he did care, and it did hurt when they "betrayed" him. But this episode was just a good time in the end.

Whoa you gotta give a more detailed version of that waterfall story Steph. How did that happen?!

Wes And Steph

It wasn’t a very big waterfall but it was still scary!
