I know you guys might be apprehensive at first, but the teasing is part of Knowing Bros’ concept. The cast and guests act like classmates, so they joke and roast each other freely. It’s meant to be playful banter rather than disrespect.

I used to watch knowing bros and running man all the time in college the laughter helped with studying lol one of the dopest things to me is that for most korean variety shows its not just comedians on it I've seen alot of shows with hilarious ppl and found out later they are like a professional soccer player or something lol Also Kyunghoon is the lead singer of the rock band Buzz and bts sing their songs so much lol like so very much especially whenever they are traveling together so him and yoongi being from the same clan was fun to find out

Actually the boys spoke about this exact show when they once talked about how much Jin helped them in these situations and how much they relied on his people skills, timing and humour. I think they had a great time in this show, but you’re right to feel careful or suspicious at first, bc this timeline isn’t that far off from some bad experiences they had on TV. And they spoke how they were actually EXTREMELY nervous before filming this, and that they were all nervous to be outside of their “in-house content like run bts” context. I remember they said they were nervous since day before bc they thought they’re funny when it’s just the 7 of them, but when there’s other people, they felt nervous and uncomfortable slightly. Esp bc they never knew how they would be treated. And I remember they said, that Jin starting this off with “oh come on, we heard you guys are good at dissing boy groups, bring it on” made them relax and feel a bit more confident

I remember Yoongi being especially nervous and tense. But the reason they really wanted to come was, this was in the middle of them kinda doing “the ban” of Korean media and variety shows. That’s why in the beginning the guy says “oh we heard you usually don’t do this”. And the boys, while also just being the fans of the show, wanted to come and do some content that would be reachable for wider Korean audiences bc they were also lowkey afraid of seeming “unapproachable” or “distant” to Korean audiences. Since they would only ever appear on the news, basically.

You're talking about Graham Norton. I love his show. It's a talk show, not really a variety show but it's so fun, and honestly, much better than US talk shows.

Jimmy Fallon is the closest in doing variety type shows for celebs. Like Lip Sync and Password. And then all the games hes made them play. I too, would like to see a good variety type show where celebs come on and do games or whatever like Korean type shows. Graham Norton is the British host you're thinking off. He'll get the celebs to do a talent at times. His show is how he can get many celebs on the same couch and they dont have beef with each other.
