Phantom Demon

From my understanding Subaru took on rems chronic pain from her missing her horn. Also I think the ability he got is a verson of prides ability it seems like it's kinda the inverse of his wives instead of placing the burden on them he takes the burden (im anime only)

Shakir

Some clarification: Cor Leonis: Subaru new ability he got from absorbing Regulus Little king (same way he got the unseen hand from Betelgeuse after beating him) he can stay connected to allies and know their status as well as also taking the burden off a person and transferring it to himself. Ram lived in constant agony, you can see it the second Subaru switches to take a burden off her he winces, Ram also has limiters, when Subaru coughed up blood that’s when Ram removed one. Synthesia: This is the connection between Ram and Rem, Like stated she and Rem can feel their emotional states and share powers, Ram realized through this (as well as taking Cor Leonis as inspiration) she can activate her horn using Rem as a proxy which puts strain on them both, but in exchange she becomes extremely powerful. Author states Ram against Lye was roughly 50% of her original power, goes to show how insanely busted she is, Lye also states in their fight that horn Ram has the power to kill all the archbishops aside from maybe Regulus which he states might still lose cause he’s a dumbass. Insane episode, did a really good job explaining the cut scenes with actions and shot dialogue then an explanation version like light novel readers get

Ok so what if the handprints are like flugels family like children maybe even shaula or the royal family that lust belonged to they was talking about in season 3 since the dragon blessed the royal family this theory would make sense for whichever family

Shakir

You meant greed!

Shakir

Also we did get a backstory for Rui and her life in the novel up in this point. I assume that they might reanimate it but maybe it was cut content

Here is a bit of a what if: If Ram had two horns, she would be insanely powerful, like among god-teirs like close to Reinhard and Satella herself, talking about like full on beast mode (end of world) Puck level strength. she is one of the strongest chars in re zero, but got nerfed

Fabien

Imagine Ram would have always been this strong if she didn't have her horn cut. She handled Glutonny as if it was a toddler, she could have beaten dozens of him it seems. From the present-day people we've seen fight, to me she seems stronger than anybody apart from Reinhard.

Farsale is Farsale of Lugunica. The founder of the kingdom of Lugunica where Subaru first arrives when he is Isekaid. He is the one that made a deal with Volcanica to protect the Kingdom of Lugunica 400 years before the main story. I am pretty certain that was mentioned already I think at least in season 1 so its not a spoiler. The other name tho. Not talking

He-he, feels great that my comments with extra info were actually used and helped!! And it always were nice to listen when you two theorize, I often think for myself "Damn, their theory is so close to how it actually is" 29:40. It certanly does live up to my expectations! Of course there is alot off skipped content, Re:Zero arc 6 is one of the best things fiction I've read or saw, and for example "You're an amazing guy, Natsuki Subaru" could've be even better of a episode if they've included Rui's backstory which was skipped. But it's nice that they actually did put some work into one of the best Re:Zero arcs, every episode is a banger. Can't wait for next arc, that I personally like alot

If anyone wants to try and check, I wanted to see if the colored letters at the end of each episode makes a message?

Emilia creating ice soldier Subaru's and they all die continuously to help her reach the top 💔 the irony... if only she knew

On the ending for this season there's a image we see for a few seconds which is the one where we can see the tower and some people walking on the base of it: https://ibb.co/NnQzJ36Q There are exactly 6 people, the same number of handprints on the top of the tower, based on the silhouettes of the break time and the image I can only deduce the next: - There is two women and 4 men - From left to right in the image there is Echidna (based on the break time sillhouette and color scheme) , Reid (clothes), Farsale (i'm not sure who this but he appears to be wearing a knight-like cloak just like Julius and the break time), Alec (based on his pony tail, hair color and clothes), Satella (looks exactly like Emilia, silver hair and white clothes) and lastly there is a black haired man with a black cloak, this must be Flugel. - Echidna is Shaula's mother, assuming that Shaula is only talking about their group and not about anyone who is not traveling with them and that their group consist of Alec, Reid, Shaula and the four people shown at the end, we can infere that Echidna must be "Mother", since there's only 2 women apart from Shaula in the group

Faint.

So, just to recap, the old hero party that went to the tower, as mentioned and hinted at throughout the anime (mostly by Shaula), consisted of Flugel, Reid, Satella, Alec Hoshin, Farsale (the founder of Lugunica), and Shaula’s mother (who shall remain unnamed for now). If you pay close attention to the outro, you can actually see the old hero party at the bottom of the tower. From left to right, they appear in this order: Shaula’s mother, Reid Astrea, Farsale Lugunica, Alec Hoshin, Satella, and Flugel. Also once you get the chance to finish a few more isekai animes like overlord, saga of tanya the evil, shield hero, and eminence in shadow, you should watch Isekai quartet which is like a break time crossover anime with re:zero, konosuba, and all the other ones I mentioned. You guys are my favorite reactors, thank you for all the great content!

Also its funny how you're wondering if we're gonna get the gluttony siblings backstory, meanwhile the fandom crashed out because it was completely cut in ep 16, now they're quite shallow characters in the anime

This! Although I'd like to clarify that by "burden," it's specifically any and all physical and mental pain! So every time that Rye hit Ram with a damaging blow, Subaru would be taking in most of the blow. Same with Rem. Rem took nearly all of the blows and burden of Ram's beast mode. So Rem is so hurt that she probably can't even move. Not like it matters though, since she's still asleep. Also I want to clarify that Ram against Rye was using up (either 50% or 20%, I don't remember which) of her original power from when she was a little kid in her backstory. So it's not 50% of her adult form w/ horn power. It's her kid self. So basically, her kid self can solo Rye rather easily, much more easily than what we saw here.

nik

It was just cut. Makes no sense to add it in atp.

^ ^ ^SPOILER - Shaula's mother only just got officialy revealed recently so you probably shouldn't mention that - SPOILER^ ^ ^

CurelimLosMalvar

Lye Batenkaitos (Ley): Represents the "Gourmet" aspect. He views memories and names as fine cuisine, treating consumption with pomp, pretension, and strict standards. He cares about the quality and taste of the experiences he devours. Roy Alphard: Represents the "Bizarre Eating" or "Insatiability" aspect. He focuses heavily on quantity over quality, devouring indiscriminately and representing the raw, grotesque, and chaotic hunger of the sin. Louis Arneb (Rui): Represents "Satiation" or the "Satisfaction" aspect. Trapped initially as a spiritual entity in the Hall of Memories, she represents the desire for a ultimate, fulfilling meal that will give her a true sense of existence and peace—ultimately fixating on Subaru's experiences. As a self-proclaimed gourmet, Lye prided himself on eating only the highest-quality, most refined memories and skills. However, when he faced Ram at her absolute peak, her sheer power, ferocity, and presence completely overwhelmed him, Everything Else Became "Trash": Experiencing Ram made everything else Lye had ever devoured taste completely bland, cheap, and "disgustingly inferior" by comparison. In his twisted, maniacal mind, the only way to truely love and appreciate a "dish" as magnificent as Ram was to make total, absolute space for her.

Isotope

I was literally just about to bring this image out

Lone Wolf

I've seen 2 seasons of konosuba and eminence but none of the other ones. In which order would you recommend watching them. (I'm sure it doesn't matter but wanna know your opinion 😅)

Faint.

I’d say it really depends on what sounds the most interesting to you. Tanya is like 20th-century Europe trench warfare with magic, Overlord is like a big fantasy MMORPG video game world with an emperor MC, and shield hero is like a standard isekai with a revenge plotline and a hero complex.

galaxy_juanda

Is that fucking echidna at the end ?? I have been looking at the far left shiloutte and an imagen of the echidna break Time design for a while and they look EXACTLY the Same. I wonder if she has someting to do with the trials like in the sanctuary.

RCG

The whole season is very good, probably the best of the entire show. Every episode since we arrived at the Tower has been so packed, with so much happening and the animation in the last few episodes has been top notch.

Irithylia

alright hear me out: gluttony is just misunderstood.

Dredgen Colin

I'm pretty sure you didnt need to get this hyper specific. Unless it was really clearly laid out in chapters not adapted that have already "happened", alot of this show is better left subtle.

Mite

29:38 it’s a Light novel Series, there is a manga but it’s still in season 3, specifically I believe they’ve just been introduced to the Sin Archbishop of Wrath, so like ep 2 of season 3 the book series has very little illustrations and is mainly text and there’s 45+ books of the main story not counting the side stories

Meg Ustav Lover Guh

Shaula's mom, not archbishop, due to age, someone from over 400 years ago, who is refered to as "Mother", Echidna (By Betty) and Daphne (by Subaru jokingly) I want to say Daphne, but mabeasts have horns and Shaula doesn't
