Billy Bob, Martin Freeman,Alison Tolmam and Colin Hanks were all nominated for limited series Emmys for this season. The first season won the Emmy for best limited series. There was an attempt for a Fargo series in 1997, after the film. The pilot was shot, but was not picked up. Edie Falco was the lead in the Marge role. The pilot was directed by Kathy Bates with a script by Bruce Paltrow and Robert Palm.

Welp, guess I’ll be rewatching this entire show again. What a pleasant surprise!

I love the first, second and fifth series of Fargo. Will you be reacting to second series of Peacemaker? I thought it was even better than the first.

What an amazing opening episode! You mentioned that you'd heard that real people had actually gone hunting for the (fictional!) money buried during the original Fargo movie, and also how much you loved that film Well you should immediately add to your tiny(!) list of movies. > Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter is about a lonely Japanese woman who travels to Minnesota to find a treasure she believes is buried there, inspired by the movie Fargo. The film stars Rinko Kikuchi and follows Kumiko as she makes her way from Tokyo to Minnesota and eventually towards Fargo, North Dakota, based on a treasure map she drew. < (You might recognize Rinko Kikuchi from Pacific Rim).

One bit of app weirdness, maybe someone can explain what's going on. I normally access Hulu shows through the Disney+ central hub, but for some reason Fargo wasn't there. I acted on a hunch, and tried going through the Hulu app itself, and Fargo immediately popped up. Annoying and bizarre.
