I've been so excited for this reaction that I had a dream about it 2 nights ago (in typical dream fashion, it was nothing like the actual episode lmao). I LOVE LOVE *LOVE* "Look For The Light". The studio recording is on YouTube, along with some other Death Rattle Dazzle songs, and I keep going back to it every few months. EDIT: FWIW I'd wait til at least the end of the season to seek them out, you never know what listening to one of them will do to your algorithm

Absolutely! By this time he had just proved himself as a stage actor on Broadway in Take Me Out (where his understudy was Ryan Broussard, who plays Oliver's son Will). That probably also made him easily available for a series shot in NYC like this one.

Fun fact for you about the songs in this musical -- they're all written by Broadway royalty, but the song you just heard (Look for the Light) was written by Sara Bareilles, one of my favorite songwriters/ Broadway writers! I'll save telling you any of the other songwriters until you hear more songs, but they really did this one right and actually pulled heavily from real Broadway talent, which is so much fun as a Broadway fan and New Yorker.

Hummus is not particularly protein heavy as a primary food source. Its about 1/4/4 protein/fat/carb unless you are deliberately adding protein powder to it. Weirdly, the best dip for that would probably use Greek Yogurt as a base, so maybe this is a consequence of him not getting his dips from Teddy any more.
