Of course Rupert was vacationing with the Sacklers, like a mini-convention of the worst humans.

They’re only releasing one episode at a time, episode 2 just came out Tuesday night. They show a thumbnail, title, and blurb about the next episode, but you can’t actually view it until it goes live. So you guys are only a week behind :) And I’ll just say, while this episode felt very setup-y, episode 2 is among my top 5 favorites. I am very excited to see where the season goes, because some really interesting threads are being woven.

Okay! We thought we were a couple behind! Season 2 was great, I love that we're picking up right were we left off. Such a good show and we can't wait to see what happens next.

Thank god you watched THAT The West Wing episode before this one so I can really say: "Let Ted Be Ted" worked so much for me remembering "Let Bartlet Be Bartlet" To be better than Nate you don't have to do what he did Since the first day on the job Ted was asked to do things he never did, be the person he never was and he's always found a way around that to be a good person and show people you can. Show people what it means to be kind, what it means to be brave, what it means to be there for someone I know you guys disagree on the Nate thing and I too didn't really want his redemption arc: but this is not what Ted Lasso told us: Nate can be better, Nate can be loved, Nate can be their friends. It'll all end up fixed at the end, not because "Love wins, lol" like some people all over the internet jokes about these days, but because Love really do win in ways you would never think of Thank you Ted for coming back to us

You're right. We live in really dark times and it is easy to be overcome with that. We both choose to see the best in people. It is hard to turn the other cheek and in some instances it's damn near impossible. We can all continue to be better, to do better and be the best possible version of ourselves. Glad this show exists.

At the end of this episode I was calling it "the wisdom of children". Both Pheobe and Henry are giving us the deepest most thoughtful moments as we come to the end of the episode. We start on Ted's face feeling sad and lonely and I guess we will end on Ted in a much better place as we wind up the arc for all of these amazing characters. Think how far Jamie has come, and Roy and Keeley and Rebecca and on and on. Loving this season already!!
