Oooh interesting, this is a show I've wanted to watch for a long time but never got around to it. This is a great excuse!

So excited for this one! This show launched at the same time as “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip” which was a dramedy about an SNL type of sketch show in LA. That started Bradley Whitford and Matthew L Perry, written by Aaron Sorkin. So many articles written about the two shows coming out at the same time.

Chris

So glad you’re watching this!

I have no memory of Studio 60 at all! Kevin knows what it is but I can't even remember a commercial for it.

I'm a fan of Tina Fey, but for the first few minutes I thought I was going to hate it. However even though most of it wasn't funny, or at least not funny enough, I was never bored. I'm interested in seeing what they can do with Tracy Morgan's character, room for development or have we already seen the whole shtick?

Peter

To your point, this show, more than any other show, aside from possibly Arrested Development, defined modern comedy. You see 30 Rock's influence everywhere now.

I've watched the Best Jenna moments compilation on youtube too many times to still not have watched a full episode of 30 rock. So I'm finally starting my journey here with your reactions. I'll catch up in no time!
