Tahini's parents are so much damn fun. :D

Kaela

Tahani is so funny, "Take it away from me!"

I'm leaving this here in case anyone else is in the same situation as me - there are two versions of most episodes of this show, the one you guys are watching and an extended one, available on the NBC website and in the DVDs. I didn't know this and it confused me so much why I couldn't get synced up with you for more than 10 seconds at a time. Made the reaction frustratingly unwatchable until I figured it out. Now I just need to find a way to watch the shorter version of these episodes...

I don't know, I always felt Jason is not so bad. I mean, objectively, sure, he does some bad stuff. Like arson, and such. But, he does it all with an honestly simple and nice spirit. He does not seem to have real malicious intent in him. In many ways, he is like a cute puppy you can't get really mad at...

Well fun in a terrible way of course. Plenty of those on the show, not least Eleanor obviously. As for whether Tahani's family reappear, my lips are sealed. :)

I'm so happy we're starting to show Tahani's story, it really made me like her more as a character! And even with all the crimes Jason committed I always thought of him as a child or just a dumb dude lol

"Maybe time isn't linear there" - hold that thought, guys. maybe there is something in that. but Tahani's parents definitely wouldn't be in the same neighbourhood. after all, this is the Good place, and her parents aren't good for her, so why would they be in the same neighbourhood?

True, true, true. I was just spit ballin there for a second. It was a really fun episode cause it gave you a lot to think about.

It's insane that I'd never seen Ted Danson in anything before this show (besides Tim and Eric Awesome Show sketches). I can see why he's a so-called national treasure.
