You better put cloudfare there or one alike, if these people is capable of mass report your link, easily could try to mess your site with a DDoS attacks
Also, the site should be accessible with credentials no only a open link, since anyone who get them link will have acces and charge the server

For HTTPS you don’t need to wait for a paid license — Let’s Encrypt issues free SSL certificates in minutes (auto-renews every 90 days). You can set it up with Certbot or acme.sh. Even easier: put the domain behind Cloudflare — free SSL plus CDN caching, which would also make the site load faster for visitors.
