False P

when did they react to independence day

Will

You guys have been killing it! Thanks for the extra episode this week.

korie krone

Hey guys love the reaction kudos to sean. Have You lads seen one flew over the cuckoo's nest with jack Nicholson and and a young Danny DeVito

nezudev

Jon is not the steward for the guy that’s a jerk.

Mack

Hours ago they took it down though. It was hilarious 😂

Mudge Pendragon

Varys is a man of the realm. His methods… I’d dispute some of them, but I recognise the type — I’m one of those men of the realm myself. Sometimes the Kingdom is greater than the King. No one Emperor is greater than the Empire. Varys doesn’t do the boot‑kissing. He does what serves Westeros. And with Jon Snow, he serves the real leader — not the petty officer barking “You’ll lose your head for this,” but the one who quietly told Jon to return to quarters. Varys always knows who the true centre of power is.

Jenna Woginrich

what happened to ID4 reaction?! wanted to finish this morning?

Sean Zaccheo

SPOILER FREE CLARIFICATION - Jon is not Steward to the guy that hates him. The guy that hates him is just a higher-up. The older guy who told him to pour a horn and shared the bad news is the Lord Commander, head honcho. Jon is steward to him. Lord Commander doesn’t hate Jon. The Maester is the really old dude that’s mostly blind, has no beard and wears the chains around his neck, but he’s not in charge of everyone. Also, Varys didn’t hear about Ned telling Cersei from Cersei, he knew because he’s the official Spy Master on the royal counsel, which is why he’s often referred to as The Spider. He heard from his network of spies, or “little birds” as he calls them. And when he says he serves the realm, he means he serves the common people regardless of politics. He’s implying that he will do what he can to keep the innocent people of the kingdoms safe and protected, especially from those in power, even if it means playing nasty games with the powers that be.

I mentioned it in another episode comment section, but it cannot be understated how bad they are at reading characters' intentions. The amount of times they state with such conviction that a character is lying when they're being 100% honest or vice versa has to be over a dozen now.

BRENDA

I sent them a message via the contact us form...but I had just started the reaction..so this information may be why it is gone? I would still like to see what they say..Many of the old movies need to be watched with a open heart-mind, because they were made in the years that fit with the content. Respect them...and enjoy them...I hope that is what everyone will do:)

MomzillaAngie

I loved it! Great reaction guys!

Melanie D

It's hard to pinpoint a lot of GOT characters' intentions even when you're not goofing around-- during my first watch I read SO many characters wrong at first. Ironically I think Mike and Sean are actually getting a pretty GOOD read on a lot of GOT at this point. (In their Harry Potter reactions they were absolutely convinced that Remus Lupin and Luna Lovegood were bad, lmao.) They're being pretty good now about pausing the show when they have their discussions or jokes. They're having trouble still keeping some identities of characters straight, which tbh is understandable (like I said, even if you're not reacting for an audience and just sitting and watching it). They've both talked before about having not been into fantasy in the past, and I think genuinely they have to work a little harder to keep a read on fantasy shows because it's not easy for them to settle into a fake world, fake geography, politics, etc -- this is reflected in their reactions to HP and LOTR as well. But for people who aren't super comfortable with fantasy or made up settings, I think they're getting it a lot better than they were even 2 or 3 episodes ago.

Dawn

They sent out a message via admin last night they were going to release it later, not sure why, but it’s all good we’ve got another GOT! 🥰

Dawn

Yay!! An extra GOT reaction!!! Thanks guys!! You’re the best!! ❤️

Violet

YOU'RE confined to quarters.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 You guys are hilarious

Kyle Kozina

I’m screaming at my phone , they are so lost lol

Linruat

It's becoming nearly unwatchable for me, lol.

Coral of Bread

Jon pours one out with his boss, Commander Mormont. He is also the boss of the dude you two hate that hates Jon. Boss guy and blind guy are cool. Aemond Targaryen is the blind Maester. Sam is 2nd smartest there

Joanna

Spoiler alert.

Joanna

Why do you write it on ep 8?

Sarah_M

💜💜💜💜

Kipper87

It's a rough show for them to follow. Some days they seem "on", some days not. Maybe they should take notes xD Regardless, great reaction as usual and it's why I continue. :p

Kenny

I think 'No good deed goes unpunished' is the ultimate motto for this series

Kenny

Milk of the Poppy = Game of Thrones Morphine

David Greene

SPOILERS - the second paragraph has spoilers - up to this point its not been revealed how Varys found out this specific piece of info. Also they got that he said he served the realm, but didn't believe him, so its a spoiler to let them know what's true about who/what he really serves and why.

Sean Zaccheo

From what I remember of their reaction, they said they didn’t really know what he meant when he said the realm. They got what he meant about wanting peace but not the whole realm thing. I could be remembering incorrectly, it’s been weeks since this episode dropped. All I was trying to do was clarify his implication, not state if he was being genuine about it or not. However, your “corrections” could be seen as spoilers if they’re taken as confirming or denying certain information. As for him hearing about Ned revealing the truth to Cersei, I suppose you Could possibly call that a “spoiler”, but it’s not critical to the plot nor is it ever really addressed again, because it’s not important. So it seems pretty irrelevant. My intention behind that was more so clarifying the implication given his position, because the guys were still having a little trouble keeping up with/understanding who everyone was, what they did, their surnames, etc. More than two episodes behind where they are now, I really don’t think it makes much difference now anyways to even address this. Because again, none of what I said is really high stakes, critical plot information.

Kipper87

Why are they doing that to Barristan Selmy? Oh, do you not remember that he was the only other one that read that letter about Ned being appointed lord regent before Cersei tore it up. The council deemed him too volatile/risky,sends him packing, even if he probably wouldn't plot anything against the crown due to honor.

Justin

Can’t wait until Ned gets out of the dungeon…. Oh you sweet little doves

Justin

I don’t think anyone knew quite what he meant by that in the beginning. It’s not meant to be clarified until later. It’s okay for them to be confused about the story… but when they get characters wrong that’s what needs clarification, cause otherwise the story is shot!

Justin

What’s id4?

Justin

Not everyone enjoys just sitting quietly through something, and that would be pretty boring for us to watch them quietly watching.

SixDickSally

I appreciate your perspective Melanie. I don't fully agree, but since I read the books before the show was a thing I can't know for sure if I'm correct or not, so I'll try to keep what you said in mind.

SixDickSally

@Justin Surely you understand there is a vast chasm of human behavior in between "confidently declaring that you understand things while being perpetually wrong" and "sitting quietly," yes?

Kylezart

Can I watch episode 9 ooorrr... why is it locked, boys??

Anna M

It depends on your subscription. There's another subscription plan that lets you watch episodes one week earlier than everyone else. For example, they released Ep 10 yesterday, and it will be available to us in a week. If you want to watch it sooner, you can upgrade your subscription.

✨ .:𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒐::𝒋𝒂𝒘𝒏:.

yeah im not sure why they chose this of all shows to be 5x as ridiculous and yappy as normal. the amount of very obvious stuff thats getting missed is getting kinda old. i dont mind theorizing for 5 minutes when it has some basis in reality, but they're going on tangents about things that they fundamentally misunderstand. idk how after 8 episodes they dont know that alister and mormont are 2 different people ffs..

Jacob Mitchell

The lack of comprehension is diabolical! Lol Oh well. Im still here for it.

Gryff

Yes Sansa is rude, and making bad decisions. She is a teenage girl at the start (13 or 14).

Asmodean

I like how the best guys keep saying that they are good guys and these 2 never trust them.

Chris

You certainly don't speak English, it is American. I mean what the hell is a faucet. Also please when Sam said that he hopes the wall is tall enough, think world war z.

Brandon

Dude its funny hearing Mikey explain to Sean stuff thats just completely wrong lol 😆

Mitchel

Well you lost it mike. You had it in the first half but you lost it. Back to listening to sean.

Mitchel

No we speak american . The english speak arabic now.
