Kevin Bisson

Time to go back to Middle Earth!!!!

Sean Michael Gordon

Unexpected journey? Over all the others? Is this a real movie audience?

Richard

The Prestige all day

Phylicia ✨🌸

I’m so happy The Hobbit finally made it to the poll! 🔥🔥 🥹

Kisha Potts

Here we go District 9!! Nobody reacts to this crazy movie. I know the guys would love it. But WHY did it have to be on same list as The Mummy AND The Hobbit. This is so hard! 😫

Hyperion

DISTRICT 9 LETS GOOOO

Brian Poitras

I dont have anything against the Hobbit per say. But its not close to as good as the OG trilogy. Prestige however, is a movie that should be watched by everyone.

Alissa Tucci

I've been requesting it every month and it finally made it and now it has no chance and I'm just bummed :(

Alissa Tucci

It's your guys' Patreon to run how you see fit, but I wish you didn't put so many movies on each poll so that the votes wouldn't be so spread out.

Doryyyyy

I don’t see why they don’t choose two movies to watch, we keep voting for prestige and they won’t watch it but keep putting it on a poll. It’s clearly a high rated movie that majority of Patreon has voted for.

Corey

Here I was thinking The Departed stood a chance. Someday. 😄

Kisha Potts

It's such a great movie right?! Well, I will thank you for requesting it. And let you know I voted for it 😄. Here's hoping that the guys will end up watching it too! Like they did with Chernobyl and Band of Brothers. PLEASE watch District 9!!! 🙏🙏🫶🫶✌️

orbo

Awesome, gritty sci-fi.

Alissa Tucci

The poll is for November's movie and I'm guessing that part 2 of Titanic is coming this week

Kisha Potts

YES! DISTRICT 9!!!! I love this movie! I know the guys will love it too. It's right up their alley of weirdness, interesting topic, worldly travel, and of course the cinematography. They for sure will go nuts. But UGH!! WHY does it have to be buried like this. I for one will keep voting for it 😉

Alissa Tucci

For all those reasons, Kisha, but it also has so much heart!

Kisha Potts

Yes that's for sure. How he ends up helping the little one. Then leaves the flower. I cried so much when I first saw it. Such a great movie coming out of South Africa. I had a doctor who used to be South African Special Forces before they were disbanded. I told him of this movie. He loved it!

Alex F

Dang so many good choices definitely need the hobbit trilogy, but love the mummy, and district 9 is such an underrated movie

Distantnova

Prestige all the way. Really not looking to deal with 9 hours of hobbit trilogy ☠️

Carissa

Alas I believe not. 😩 original trilogy is untouchable.

Alissa Tucci

Same! It took a mountain of patience for me to wait through all of the Harry Potter movies and Lord of the Rings movies only because I haven't seen them yet and want to watch on my own first. But it was such a longggg wait!

Paul Pinto

I don’t know if this is intentional, but I feel like when you put “Unthinkable” there you actually meant Unbreakable, the Bruce Willis M Night Shyamalan film after Sixth Sense. Just a hunch as I had to look up what Unthinkable even was.

Alissa Tucci

I had to look it up as well and that's rare for me as far as movies go! I was thinking that someone maybe keeps writing on their monthly form and the guys just chose it at random.

Fattydoe

Man inthinkable doesnt get the love it deserves. Underrated film

That Bald Bastard

OG is clearly the masterpiece here but The Hobbit is my ultimate comfort movie and i think that its great cinema for what it is - a movie adaptation of childrens book

That Bald Bastard

I dont belive they are even comparable - but its not a bad thing, lotr has been created as an epic akin to the Illiad, Hobbit is a childrens book and while they are in the same universe i think its not fair to expect them to have the same emotional effect, but its still good cinema

Dave Jachulski

One of the best sci-fi movies I’ve ever seen and slept on by soooooo many

Kisha Potts

So true. I did not care at all when it first came out. Then I watched it eventually. LOVED it. Was surprised it came out of South Africa. Incorporated alot of local social issues and real footage. Then cherry on top (for me) was finding out they used quite a lot of former South African special forces personnel and equipment.

ODW

Nothing against Tolkien and others, but If the channel is going to be LoR, GoT, Potter and fantasy galore I’ll come back in a few months when you’ve gotten it all out of the way. Would be nice with some variety.

kfrex84

You must believe! One day, the sun will shine upon us and District 9 :D

kfrex84

This is the best one on the list, but close match with a few other!

ODW

I agree, and would add that polls could be segmented as well (e.g. 90s, thrillers, drama etc.). Right now you've got a GoT series once a week that will run well over a year before it's finished. Add everything Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and now Hobbit movies and the channel feels much less varied and someone like me, who has nothing against those movies, would rather leave and come back in a while when it's over.

Echo Moon

I voted for The Prestige. You cannot go wrong with the amazing cast and director of this one. :) I know the guys will love it.

Dawn

Love you guys. Tbh, there should be no poll and The Prestige should be the automatic winner, seeing as it tied with last month’s movie.

Jeremy Herriff

How is the hobbit running away with it lol 😒

Jeremy Herriff

The Prestige is the obvious choice for the boys everyone, come on!

Choncho

The Mummy will be really fun ^_^

Cristabel

Hmmm for once I’m not really interested in any of these! I’ve never been able to get thru the Prestige, I know most ppl love it.

Nick Parker

I wish I could vote for multiple. Hard to choose between District 9 and The Prestige

Shawn Burkhart

The Mummy! Come on guys! What a fun watch post-Halloween!

Eric is Me

Because members have been trying to get them back into the LOTR universe as that is where they first discovered their channel (after their LOTR reactions).

Jeremy Herriff

I understand that but the LOTR movies are good lmao.

Noble934

You guys should really do all of these. Truly a tough list to pick from!

Zoe

Damn. I was really pushing for Signs to make it into this poll, considering it’s such a brilliant film and absolutely perfect to watch this time of year. 😭

🦉ChristyBee🧡

Just voted for District 9. Haven’t seen it, but feel the frustration of what happens with these polls. I’ve actually stopped submitting my movie. Such a shame, because it kills it. Good luck to District 9! Let’s get some new movie blood going and not what every other reaction channel does! 💯😎🕺

Cade Shadowlight

Love The Hobbit! Not quite as much as LOTR, but it is still a really good trilogy, in my opinion.

panatoka

Ok so this list, holy crap how do you pick just one?

Kisha Potts

Hey you get it for sure! 😎😆👍 Since you haven't watched it, I recommend you do for yourself. See what it's about! I promise you will be pleasantly surprised with no regrets.

Jane at Home

The Hobbit movies were okay. The Prestige is fantastic!! Another Nolan home run.

Ana Paula

Uh there is so many good movies on this pool... Damn.

Florian

What about Maze Runner ?

Kisha Potts

Have you ever watched District 9? If not, try it out! It has a very unexpected plot. Just go with it and you will be pleasant surprised.

Kisha Potts

Yes this would have had my vote too. But I chose District 9 because why not 😄

Alpha Omega Man

Easily District 9. Best movie on this list and it's not even close.

Kyle Kozina

We got another trilogy ladies and gentlemen 😝

Kyle Kozina

Ngl didn’t even see district 9 because the hobbit took my eyes . Also they need to finish the story lol

feelinWitchy

District 9 has gotta happen eventually, absolute masterpiece

Peter Magyar

Hobbit is boring. Sorry to say that.

Merryn Turner

Im torn between The Mummy and The Hobbit. Also, will you do the next Jurassic Park? 😀

Mike B

While I desperately want them to watch the Hobbit, how can you not vote for The Departed??

Jordan Baillie

I voted for The Prestige because I think it'll be best to react to, but The Departed is arguably my favourite movie ever. I may get bashed for that opinion but I love everything about it. The Hobbit is fine but it doesn't hold up like The Lord of the Rings. Peter Jackson wasn't given nearly enough time to produce the epic it could have been. I'd go The Departed, the Prestige and District 9 as my top 3 choices here. Either way I hope they'll watch the majority of these. I think The Mummy will get an Independence Day type reaction lol. I don't dislike it but it's over rated in my opinion. I'm happy to hear that Brendan Fraser is currently filming a new one as we speak.

Fletcher Moore

All of these are good. I hope District 9 gets thrown back in the mix at some point. Very underrated.
