they dont really have a lot of cancer there, they have about 40 terminal cancer patients and he said they have about 2500 patients per doctor ratio, so lets guess there are 5 doctors on the "hospital", 40 out of the 2500x5 people that live on the area its a pretty normal ratio, but yeah 3 terminal patients dying on like a week now that is a number! Not going to comment on anything else cause spoilers, looking forward to ep 2 :)

This is definitely an interesting and thought provoking series. Very difficult to say anythign else without spoiling something, but looking forward to hearing your thoughts as the story starts to unravel.
