Here's the full length reaction to Thunderball! I've been debating how I want to continue with the James Bond movies (the rest of the Sean Connery ones didn't have as many votes on the poll), but I'm having so much fun watching Sean Connery as Bond that I think I want more! Enjoy!

Happy James Bond Wednesday, Addie. I'm so glad that you enjoyed Thunderball (1965). Please watch the rest of the Sean Connery James Bond movies, since you're having fun watching them. BTW, this is the very first James Bond movie to be filmed in Panavision (anamorphic).

Simon

My vote is that if you want to do all the Connery films, you may as well watch all of them all the way through. Moore deserves the time spent on watching his complete work as Bond...he's quintessential imo.

I think if you're enjoying them you should watch them. People have a tendency to automatically be dismissive of things that they didn't like or enjoy. (I was guilty of this when it came to some of the new star wars movies) but ultimately if someone enjoys something, they're not wrong for enjoying it. I will say as it's a Franchise that has existed for 62 years (40 years if taken to the end of the original, pre-craig run) and as a result it's had to adjust tone/vibes as the decades rolled by, so you will likely end up with bond movies you just aren't keen on.

I do get that you want to watch/react to stuff that you think people want to see you react too but at the same time you should also watch what you want to watch as well. As far as im concerned all the Bond movies (except George Lazenby's movie) are fantastic and you should watch all of them, i grew up during Roger Moores stint as Bond and fell in love with the character then but Pierce is my overral favorite Bond.

Happy Wednesday, Addie! 😊 Welcome to the next in the Sean Connery "James Bond" lineup. This is one that I've only seen bits and pieces to. Definitely looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening. Have a great day today! 😊

I am a person that would say watch all the Bond movies. Of course all are not the same, some are better then others, but I think all are enjoyable and fun. every time a new one comes out, I watch them all over again then go see the new one, takes more time then it did before hahahaha, but I love James Bond movies

So glad you’re continuing with the Connery movies! I definitely recommend YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE after this.

Max

I'm glad we're getting more Bond reactions. Your reactions are most enjoyable when you're having fun. So, if you enjoy these movies, please do watch more. I intend to watch every Bond reaction you do.

Ah yes, Number 2 with his eye patch, Specter saying they'll destroy the world unless they get $100 Million pounds, Number 1 with his cat killing his underlings in fancy conference chairs that dump them underground... Austin Powers would be proud. 😄

James Bate

yes please watch all James Bond 007 movies in order and continue on from here

They did not expressly explain it in the movie, but a "Thunderball" is the blast from an atomic or thermonuclear explosion that is detonated low enough in the atmosphere that the fireball touches the ground and draws up a column of debris to form the characteristic "mushroom cloud".

Billy Dancel

Strange little side-note about something that I have noticed in two movies. In foreign locations they seem to end up using U.S. cars, namely the Ford Mustang. I wonder who was involved that had a preference for the car. Claudine Auger who played Domino... Olivia Wilde looks a lot like her.

Justin

Thoroughly enjoying that you have watched all Bond movies so far. I would love to continue watching the whole franchise with you. Your reactions to them have been very fun!
