Happy/Heartwarming Ending is exactly what I wanted, could I see people being upset about it? Sure but I’ll never understand why people complain that no one died.

People will inevitably complain about the ending because somebody always has to complain about something, but I thought it was great. I loved how the last shot was Mike looking at the kids playing D&D and smiling then closing the door on his childhood. I just wish we knew that Mike would be happy going forward like the rest of them. Max and Lucas will have the cutest mocha ginger babies lol.

Hi Addie. Happy new year! There's a common thought that the last episode of a show must be the best of all. Doesn't have to be that way. the best moments could be in previous episodes or previous seasons. This finale wasn't perfect but it was great, very epic and emotional.

As someone who has been with this show since the day that S1 dropped, I couldn’t have asked for a better ending. Seeing it end the way it began really broke open the flood gates for me.

Happy New Year, Addie! I liked the ending. I especially liked that they left it open-ended- I choose to believe the final recounting was just a story, so I would have found a strictly happy ending to be unsatisfying. Given the length of the series I'm really glad they didn't fumble the ending.

Its hard to end a series I think they did a great job,this show has consistently done a great job of making us really care about the characters all the way up to the end.

Overrall it was a great ending, very emotional ending with them putting their folders on the shelf. I definitely had some problems with how they handled the relationships of Nancy/Jonathon and Steve, after going through all the motions in S4 building up to will Steve and Nancy get back together or will she stick with Jonathon, but i guess they just gave up on that idea and just split them all up, also were is Susie?

The only way the graduation ceremony would've been any better is if they were the Class of '87!! I can vouch for that. lol jk jk I had a good stretch through the 80's with my best friend who got me into DnD and the way their final campaign ended with the stories of their life afterwards was (chef's kiss) Along the lines of Harry Potter, we get to see the cast grow up in front of our eyes
