The Oscars were a few weeks ago, so help me choose one of the Best Picture nominees to watch! I already watched Sinners on the channel last year :)

Sentimental Value is stunning.

Franco V.

All great movies. I hope you watch at least two 🙏🏼

Aldo Gonzales

Man, so many great choices. I voted on Frankenstein and One Battle After Another in case you wanna save the former for Halloween, but I would love it if you saw both.

axr714

I hope you also get to HAMNET when you get the chance regardless of the result.

Robert da Spruce

The only one I’ve seen is F1 😄 I went with One Battle After Another and Hamnet

Alex Tan

Happy Thursday, Addie. My votes belong to One Battle After Another & F1.

axr714

Same. OBAA and HAMNET especially.

Chris

Hamnet 🙌

Tom W.

The best pictures of the year were the ones of Addie in California. 😁

Gary Brown

Hi addie. Love ya. It's gonna be a hard pass on these. Ive never heard of the last 3. I'll catch the next poll. U would probably like footloose, dirty dancing, the original Fame, Beetlejuice 2 , the Great Outdoors

Randee Carreno

Happy Thursday, Addie! 😊 All great choices for this poll. I've seen three out these choices. My vote went to "One Battle After Another". With "F1" as my second choice. Have a great day today! 😊

XanderWhat

Voted for Bugonia, Marty Supreme and OBAA. Not sure which is my favorite, but I’m sort of leaning towards Bugonia

Doug

Hmm, I feel like a plebe, I don't think I've seen any of these yet. 😄 (The only nominee I saw was Sinners.) I'm sure they're all really good, though. Just based on the little I've heard about them I voted for Hamnet, One Battle After Another, Bugonia, and The Secret Agent. But honestly I'm not picky here at all, whatever wins the poll should be good regardless.

Adrian Duenas

OBAA ofc but I’ll also throw in Hamnet for Addie’s love for theater and Frankenstein bc del Toro never disappoints

Luis Fernandez

Voted for F1 and Hamnet since I haven't seen them yet. Cheering against OBAA... I didn't enjoy that one at all.

Franco V.

Sentimental Value and Hamnet are two of the best dramas I've seen in a long time. I don't think either will win so I highly recommend you to watch those movies in your free time

Philip Davetas

I've only seen one of these. F1 was pretty good.

axr714

ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER is a must watch IMO irrespective.

Doug

On a tangent another fun Academy Award Nominee poll might be the Animated Feature Film nominees since they're (I'm pretty sure) all really good movies and none of them appear on the the Best Picture list. Just glancing at the best Animated Feature Films lists from the last few years, here are ones that I don't think Addie has seen yet: - Arco - Elio - Little Amélie or the Character of Rain - Flow - Memoir of a Snail - Wallace and Grommit: Vengeance Most Fowl - Robot Dreams - The Boy and the Heron - Nimona - Elemental If I had to pick a personal favorite out of that list, it might be Robot Dreams, that was a really charming film! Flow is probably my second favorite, it's pretty fantastic too.
