Hell yeah I was hoping you were gonna drop these episodes today

Probably my favorite story arc of the entire show. The Force healer calling Cassian a messenger never fails to make me emotional 🥺

Syril still believes in the mission he thinks he’s on Ghorman for, but he’s starting to suspect that it’s not the same mission that Dedra is there for. The Force Healer was the first time we’ve had the Force being part of the show. It’s one reason I love this show so much. Yes, the Force is there, but it’s very much in the background. It’s not all Jedi, Sith Lords and light sabers. It’s about the average people. Bix does seem to be Force sensitive in a small way. The Force Healer calling Cassian a messenger and Bix telling him she’s had dreams like that really tie into Rogue One, since we know that he and Jyn Erso sent the message containing the plans for the Death Star to the Rebellion.

For me, the Force Healer scenes confirm that Bix is Force sensitive. I think this show portrayed the Force more closely to the original trilogy than any other Star Wars thing since. It's almost like a folk religion, a thing of mystery and wonder that is more about faith than midi-chlorians. Also, the "gathering as they go" line hurts so much when you realize she's talking about his losses T_T

Paying a little more attention this time and I noticed the guy at the reception desk was in the meeting with the other Ghorman rebels.

Yep. I didn't notice it until I rewatched it a FEW times.
