Loved this film! Hope you react to HAMNET as well. Another Best Picture nominee. Theatre-related, and I recommend reading nothing about it (this is the kind of film that cannot be spoiled).

Happy Monday, Addie. I'm so glad that you enjoyed F1: the Movie (2025). This is my all-time favorite movie that came out last year and is now my all-time favorite Brad Pitt movie alongside Fight Club (1999) and The Devil's Own (1997). In fact, I saw it in IMAX 1.90:1, TWICE. First with my girlfriend and again with my best friend. We all enjoyed it. Even Hans Zimmer's powerfully epic soundtrack is awesome and the main theme proves it. https://youtu.be/YhX_Woa3kVA?feature=shared

This will be a fun reaction. Love the sound and cinematography of this movie and Hans Zimmer's score is so good (like most of his scores)

Happy Monday, Addie! I hope that you had a great weekend. 😊 I'm really looking forward to checking this movie out. I've heard a lot of great reviews about this one. Definitely looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening. Have a great day today! 😊

Love the cinematography in this one. Really puts you on the racetrack similar to Top Gun Maverick. No surprise since it’s the same DP

That first reaction to Javier Bardem was the best part 😂

Got to watch this movie in the theatre on my birthday, and i loved it. Such a great fun movie!

Fun reaction! You say you’re not into sports, but by the way you enjoy all the sports films you react to, you may be a closet sports girlie! 😄 And yes, besides the two main characters, the rest of the drivers were all real F1 drivers. I believe Lewis Hamilton (Who has won the Drivers Championship 7 times) is one of the producers on the film

"F1: The Movie" does a credible job of distilling the sport of Formula 1 for the uninitiated and fans alike. It has characters that we want to root for and who we want to see overcome obstacles before them. It's a good introduction to the premiere level of autosport in the world for Addie. There is of course Ron Howard's historical treatment of the rivalry between Niki Lauda and James Hunt in "Rush" (2013) and the biographical story, "Senna" (2010), whom some consider the greatest Formula 1 driver in modern history. One four-part series presented on Hulu was hosted by Keanu Reeves, and told the fairy tale story of a new Formula 1 team that arose from the dissolved Honda effort. In 2009, Brawn GP became the only team in the sport to win both the Constructor's championship and the Driver's in their maiden season. Great reaction. On May 24th, 2026, I highly encourage you to watch The Greatest Spectacle in Racing, The Indianapolis 500. For just one race, see what IndyCar is all about. Many F1 drivers won't drive IndyCar because the Indy 500 is too dangerous. The top-end speeds along the straights are just under 250 MPH, and the drivers will never touch their brakes! https://www.indianapolismotorspeedway.com/events/indy500/event-info/schedule/sunday-may-24-indianapolis-500-2026
