I sincerely hope you also check out FIRST MAN (2018), which is the first space movie that Ryan Gosling did. He played Neil Armstrong in that movie and focuses on his emotional journey leading up to Apollo 11. It is directed by Damien Chazelle (who also directed WHIPLASH and LA LA LAND).

Happy Friday, Addie. I'm so glad that you enjoyed the theatrical release of The Fall Guy (2024) because I did too, when I saw it in theaters TWICE, first in IMAX with my best friend and again in regular with my girlfriend. We all enjoyed it. In fact, this is my favorite Ryan Gosling movie alongside Blade Runner 2049 (2017), Project Hail Mary (2026) and La La Land (2016). I even own this movie on Blu-ray, which also includes an extended cut of the movie. And yes, I would also love to chill down to some Taylor Swift as well.

Such a great love letter to moviemaking and the people that crash cars, fall off buildings, and get punched for a living. Can’t wait to revisit this one.

This has been Ryan Gosling's month.

Whaaaaaaaat? I dig this flick. One of my favorite movies of that year. I'm definitely watching this reaction this weekend.

Fun movie all around! 👍 P.S. I also got a kick out of when they did the slow motion "na-na-na-na-na" sound effect from Lee Major's other big show The Six Million Dollar Man when Colt pushes Dan out of the way of the gunshot when they're holding the tape. P.P.S. Man I feel old recognizing that sound effect, The Six Million Dollar Man came out over half a century ago! Makes me want to go get some Werther's Originals and yell at kids to get off my damn lawn! 👴🏻

Okay. Finally watched this. When I saw this it was at a time when I was going through something and this is exactly what I needed to get away from things. Nice to relive this, Addie.

This was a fun time. I always love anything that appreciates the technicalities and requirements of stuntwork, so I came in already predisposed to liking it. They did great work with the soundtrack. I swear I nearly leapt out of my seat when I realized they were using "I Believe In A Thing Called Love" to score one of the shooting scenes. The fact that "I Was Made For Loving You" is actually a recurring motif that scores numerous scenes was bonkers. I also definitely want to actually see "Metalstorm". I want to see what Jason Momoa brings to the lead role. This was such charming, enjoyable film.

Oh, fun fact (which is actually fun): "Metalstorm" is a remake of a REAL MOVIE. "Metalstorm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn" is a 1983 sci-fi film whose tagline really was "It's High Noon At the End Of The Universe". I haven't been able to bring myself to watch it, as much as I desperately want to see the remake they made here.

What the…? You’ve never seen Pretty Woman or Notting Hill? 🤯 And you call yourself a Rom-Com fan. For shame 😉 JK Seriously though, you should definitely check them out. If it doesn’t make sense for the channel, I hope you watch them on your own. I think you’ll enjoy them

I am glad I got this one on the wheel and it won. When I saw it win, I went out to by a lotto ticket and won $10. I am going to enjoy having I Was Made For Lovin' You and I Believe in a Thing Called Love rolling through my head for the next week.
