Happy Friday, Addie! 😊 Thank you so much for another great monthly Q&A. And I'm looking forward to watching "The Last Starfighter" as the next 'spinning wheel' movie. Have a great day today, and a great weekend! 😊

Just gonna say, if you love How to Train Your Dragon, you'll love Avatar The Last Airbender animated series.

Adrian Duenas

Woah woah woah pointing fingers over Jackass getting views??? We’re innocent 😇😏😈

You would love it in Europe. Part of the reason I joined the army was so I could live in Europe for a while. Unfortunately I spent more time in places like Iraq than Europe 😅. Greece is incredible, the beaches are top notch. Paris is a bit overrated but you have to go at least once if you’re in Europe. I lived in Germany which is a fantastic country to be in. And if you could teleport you’d be like a female Nightcrawler minus the blue skin and yellow eyes lol

My choice wasn't picked, but I'm not mad about the winner!😋 Grew up watching Last Starfighter.

Apparently the Avengers Doomsday trailer will be released on July 25. It'll blow up all over internet. I hope you react to it.

Happy Friday, Addie. Thank you so much for answering my questions. Here are my thoughts on certain things: 1. Congratulations @David Lucas! 👏👏🎉🎉 Your suggestion for The Last Starfighter (1984) just won the spinning wheel. 2. I own the IMAX Film Camera popcorn bucket for The Odyssey (2026). Even though the Trojan Horse looks cool, the compartment where the popcorn comes out doesn't look practical to me. I'm taking it with me when I see the movie in IMAX 70mm with my sister and her boyfriend next Friday. I'm seeing it in IMAX 1.90:1 with my girlfriend today and again in said format with my best friend tomorrow. 3. I would love to see you watch the Harrison Ford Jack Ryan movies & The Saint (1997) someday. 4. Unfortunately, I don't drive (yet). It wasn't ideal for me to do so at 16 because driving usually requires you to react whenever you have to and because of my autism (I was diagnosed when I was 2, but I'm very high functioning now), I lacked that capability. Not only that, I was also seemingly easily distracted at the time, so driving wasn't something I could do back then, but that's gonna change soon because I plan on getting my license and a Toyota Corolla by next summer, when I'm already 28.

Some thrillers I would love for you to check out include: The Game Arlington Road Primal Fear Seven The Prestige

Luis Fernandez

Haven't done this since you watched the X-Men movies, but since live-action series were mentioned.... I'll recommend you watch the Legion series. It isn't strictly X-Men, but it is in that universe and it is top-notch.

There are WAY more Indian movies to recommend as well. LAGAAN, SWADES, 96 (2018) and many, many more. The 2000s was the golden decade for Bollywood movies (Hindi-language) especially. Being raised in an Indian family myself, I have seen plenty especially during that decade.

I love Arlington Road. It's a hidden gem.

- Oof, when I saw how many views Jackass got I knew Jackass 2 would probably be up eventually. 🤦‍♂️ My condolences, Addie. - I’m with you, Addie, on liking What If…? a bit more than X-Men 97. Not that X-Men is bad, it’s fine, I just like the writing and presentation of What If…? more overall. 🤷‍♂️ Arcane was ok, the animation was certainly good and it had some fun twists, but if you asked me now what actually happened on the show or any of the character’s names I couldn’t tell you which puts it in the category of “stuff I remember liking but not loving”. - It’s been a long time since I saw The Last Starfighter. That’s one of those movies I remember being pretty decent at the time but I don’t remember much else and have no idea how well any of it holds up today. So cautiously optimistic on that one still being good. 🙂 - Ooh, I didn’t realize the next season of Ted Lasso was in August! Definitely looking forward to that, Ted Lasso was fantastic. 👍

FYI she’s watched Se7en on the channel.

I can’t resist doing a quick movie list. Here are some thrillers that might be worth checking out: - Strangers on a Train (1951) - The Day of the Jackal (1973) - Twelve Monkeys (1995) - Memento (2001) - Oldboy (2003) - Red Eye (2005) - Black Swan (2010) - The Revenant (2015) - Obsession (2026)

huh umm

Some good Thrillers: Primal Fear, Pacific Heights, Single White Female, The Hand That Rocks The Cradle.

Dang Addie think you painted yourself into a corner by watching Jackass. Also not good since you said it’s hard to watch a comedy you don’t find funny. I guess a lot of people like that kind of comedy. No hate to anyone who likes those movies, comedy is subjective.
