Happy July everyone! It's been a hot second since I've seen a movie with Arnold! Help me choose a movie to watch next!

I love many of these movies, but fingers crossed for "True Lies".

True Lies has not aged well for me, but Total Recall remains an absolute blast. Maybe the least serious of Paul Verhoeven's action blockbusters, but that's not a bad thing as it may be his most fun. And it's one of Arnie's smartest and funniest movies, and definitely his most unpredictable. I highly recommend it, and hope it leads to viewings of Robocop and Starship Troopers afterward.

I actually quite enjoy Last Action Hero, but my vote is still for True Lies. Last Action Hero as a runner-up, though.

Another tough list. Had a hard time choosing between Conan and Kindergarten Cop, but ultimately went with Conan. If we get Conan the Barbarian then we'd be one step closer to Conan the Destroyer, which I love to death (it is so good and bad).

Interesting thing about True Lies, it was the most expensive film ever made at its time and it was the first film ever to have a budget over 100million. James Cameron had come off The Terminator, Aliens, and Terminator 2 and he really pushed the budget to the limit in the action scenes. I do love this film, it’s a lot of fun.

It kinda sucks that everybody is voting for true lies when its not available for streaming which means access to the movie and full length reaction is gonna be inconvenient for a lot of people. Have to buy an over priced DVD of the movie. It sucks because this is such an amazing film, but Addie needs to be aware of this very rare circumstance 😑

Not on streaming anywhere either which means we all have to go out of our way to buy an over priced DVD of the film for those that don't have it or never seen it

I imagine most people just watch the YT reaction anyway. But lately True Lies is one of those movies that are making the rounds among reactors so now all the patrons jump on the band wagon and have see "their" reactor that they support watch it too. I sometimes wish reactors wouldn't give the lowest tier supporters the right to vote in polls, but I understand why they do. They have to give something to the lowest tier to get them to give that couple a bucks a month. And before anyone says anything, right now I'm a lowest tier supporter as Addie hasn't been watching anything I want to do a full watch on lately, but I was higher tier supporter previously and may well be again in the future.

I loved Last Action Hero. It doesn't take itself seriously at all and pokes fun at the action genre in general. Plus has an amazing soundtrack.
