I was expecting/hoping that Rance would receive a “How dare you!” in the episode. If not him then our next villain. The only thing worse than seeing Inara break down was hearing her say those final two words.

"That is NOT how I WANTED this CONVERSATION to GO!" Yup. Yeah, we all feel that. I've watched this episode alone and with others over fifty times. Each and every time, I wish it ended differently. Never does, tho. This sucks.
