Happy Wednesday, Addie. Let the Band of Brothers journey begin.

Happy Wednesday, Addie! 😊 There's a few of my favorite actors that I keep forgetting that are in this series. Looking forward to going on this mini-series journey with you. Have a great day today! 😊

Btw Addie! the talking heads portion at the beginning of each episode interviewing the veterans, is taken from a documentary called "We Stand Alone Together: The Men of Easy Company" I want to recommend you watch this for the channel after the last episode. It's considered the true end to Band of Brothers. One of the best documentaries ever made 👏

Phil Stubblefield

Looking forward to this, Addie! As I'm sure you've heard, this is one of the finest WWII documentaries ever filmed. There will be tears, fear, laughing, and joy, so make sure you always have tissues available!

Ian Forbes

100% agree. The documentary is a fantastic way to expand on elements the show portrayed and gives extra closure to the whole experience.

Clay F

Which one would you want your son to jump with -- Sobel or Winters?

Phil Stubblefield

What would you call it? Yes, certain events and relationships were dramatized for the sake of getting a compelling story to screen, but the overall story remains the same (Normandy, Market Garden, Bastogne, etc.) and the main characters are all real people (Winters, Nixon, Lipton, Compton, etc.). It's much more documentary than fiction.

Michael Short

Winters, no contest. Although i'd want him to be trained under Sobel... :)
