'SUP Awesome Patrons! Say it ain't so, POP-POP!! This was a HEARTBREAKING episode on so many fronts, but also extremely appreciated because it gave us some great character exposition. We said goodbye to two of our personal favorites, and to one that we came to love over the course of this episode.

I've provided the unblurred version of our reaction up top (just click the photo thumbnail), and the link for the muted, watchalong version can be found here: https://youtu.be/facDIWqfFcM. (Keep in mind those of you opting for the watch along version that you will need your own copy of the show to sync up.)

Thanks as always for your incredible support, and we hope you have a great rest of the day/night!

This is the episode I cried uncontrollably the first time I watched it after having had a few too many to drink. I was inconsolable, genuinely crying like a toddler. I love Ali so much, and the betrayal pains me so much to watch because he was so kind and didn't deserve any of this. I'm loving your theories. Next theory: Pop Pop isn't even a person, he's just three raccoons in a trench coat.

I love that you call the old man, Pop Pop. LOL When I watched it I called him Grandpa. Same thing but yours is cuter. ;-) This is like the Ultimate Survivor. Some you can't wait for them to "go" and others it's so hard to see them go. I never saw Days of our Lives, but I did spend 3 years of high school watching the Young and the Restless at lunch. I don't know how many "died" and came back like a cockroach that wouldn't die. I just looked and I can't believe that it's still on! That was back in the late 70s! damn!

Yes!!! So like right now it doesn't hit me as hard the first time, but I can PROMISE YOU that when I watch this again later under the influence of "liquor and jazz", I will cry like a baby. Legit lol @ the raccoons in a trench coat hahahaha

David vs. Film

Yes!!! The Young and Restless lol. I hear you on that. That song is iconic, btw (and now stuck in my head). I just posted the 7th episode, and that one truly blew our minds with regards to clearing the decks on contenders, didn't it??
