This video will be going public later today, but you have access to it NOW :) Naturally I'm eager to hear your thoughts, so please let me know any feedback you would like to share.

This was fun! Little Alex Horne's band, The Horne Section performs the theme music for this show (and many international variants) In the beginning Alex came up with most of the tasks, some international versions had it stipulated in the contracts that they could not use any tasks from the UK version. In fact in recent years the UK version has sneakily reused some tasks from the NZ show, the writers and task inventors have all previously been contestants. Some Americans just can't wrap their heads around the idea of a largely pointless competition: "Whaddya mean there's no cash prize?" I'm glad that you can appreciate it for what it is!

Whaaaat!!! That's awesome about his band doing the music! I had seen comments where people talked about him doing music, but I don't think I've read that yet. Re: the cash prizes, TOTALLY. I learned after the few WILTY episodes I saw that it's more about the fun than the scoring, prizes, etc. Whereas here, a big show that comes to mind was Deal or No Deal, where it literally took 30 minutes to slow-motion open 3 briefcases and see what the prize was lol.

Sadly, "Deal or no deal" is one of those shows that has been remade in every country. I could never understand it when the host would witter on about the "strategy" the contestant was using. It's a guessing game! It's completely random which boxes have contents that will help the contestant.
